+10% to Brutal Damage? I have never seen that and I have rolled many, many purple Cybernetics. Maybe its as rare as the Unique +1 to all attributes?

Yeah, its kinda cool. +1 to Strength, Energy, Durability etc. I think many people may prefer a +3 to their primary attribute though.
I have only gotten it once and I've rolled maybe... 50-ish Unique Cybernetics.

I've rolled probably close to that too, but never seen +1 to all. Wow, nice.
As you say though, +3 to primary stat is probably still better in some cases.
You have a ranged pet? My pet builds are like "acceptable", "tolerable" and "eh, good enough".

I guess Ive just been a bit unlucky there then.
On another note, does anyone know if there is any way to upgrade Cosmic items to level 60? I found a lvl 35 Cosmic mask for Cap the other day that has a crit hit rating of 598. I wanna see how high it will go.

all rolls are the same amount of rare, same are just harder to find. i rolled 2 +50 spirits within 5 hours of each other. so it all depends.

Just keep rerolling. During this event the cosmic affix can be easy with some ok luck.
Yep, only pets that really do anything on their own. Got a crap load of them when I went for Storms FC5 costume.

So, I'm thinking of giving this game a shot. I'm a huge fan of Diablo/Marvel. I've just heard rough things about this game at launch. I assume its gotten better?

It's night and day. I often find myself surprised how compelling the gameplay is after almost 500 hours of play time.
Much better in the gameplay. But some things are still rough. It's pretty much guaranteed that every patch will break something.
For sure. It recently won mmorpg's most improved mmo of 2014 award.
They rebranded the game 2015 to get a fresh slate review-wise. Shady or not, the old reviews aren't accurate so I don't mind that they did that. They have fully admitted that the investors needed to see something released so they put out an unfinished game, but they regret not leaving the beta tag on for longer than they did.
In any case the game is very good now and while not a gleaming example of F2P done right, it has a very fair model with nothing gameplay relevant gated.
The closest it comes to P2W is xp boosts for omega farming (paragon if you've played Diablo 3) and team ups inside fortune cards you need to buy, however a regular variant of them comes after at some point.

The movie costume is clearly just a real world version of the comic suit, but comic Winter Soldier has a domino mask and a less armored, more cloth uniform.
It's not radically different, but I really like the way the MCU version changed things up- giving him a full face mask worked great.

He's recently adopted his movie costume in the most recent book, because of course he did- so does most everyone else in the comics who shows up in the MCU. See also: the entire Guardians of the Galaxy, Iron Man's armor being redesigned so Greg Land can trace movie stills, the new Ant-Man suit clearly designed to be a middle ground between the mcu and classic, and so on.
