1) There are plans, yes. I would go so far as to say it's just beyond the planning phase, even.

2) Yes there will be. There is a new system that we were planning to launch with Danger Room, but we decided to hold it back so that we could expand on it even more. This system will allow you to customize your Uniques similar to StarkTech with Artifacts, but will have multiple slots and will have more than just +1 to a power. Certain types of uniques will be able to use different types of enhancements, for instance, Any Hero Uniques have more slots than Hero Specific Uniques so that you can take a favorite Any Hero Unique and add ranks to your best skills. There's more to the system than just power ranks, but that's an aspect I really like about it since it lets me have a use for all of those Any Hero Uniques in my S.T.A.S.H. More to come!

i think doomsaw was the main one who wanted raids to be fair, alot of things have been said recently by ryolnir who has taken doomsaw's job and i think is adding his own things

Yeah I definitely think that's the case as well, but I think everybody toed the line in regards to the idea of being a raid-based ARPG back then. Even Brevik loved talking about that in interviews.
It's not a bad thing to change that mentality. It's just kind of hectic how often the design philosophy changes.
They definitely wanted to play up the raid in an ARPG angle. There isn't an encounter in the raids that can't be done mechanically with as little as even 3 players but the numbers are just too high. It should have been available in 5 man groups from the beginning.

She will probably release with two alts. Classic + Phoenix Five, I think Dink said the Magik team ups will gain the hero costume's upgraded quality when the costumes are released so they will come sometime soon for sure.
Just think of her as Miku and you will understand
I'll be surprised if her alt isn't an updated version of the Team-Up model.
and just have to say I liked the when wearing Gwen costume the team up turned to Spider-girl SAD thats being Removed

No, and it was supposed to be in testing back in August. Still nothing, and I wouldn't be surprised if it skips testing this weekend either.
