Is SSF4 the best game evar? Well, I love that game and it's responsible for revitalizing the fighting games as a whole, but saying it's the "best" this gen or whatever still pretty subjective and I don't want to argue opinions. It is one of the most well-balanced fighting games ever tho. Not really sure how that's disputable.
Until AE comes out. Then it'll be less balanced, but still a lot more balanced than 3S and ST and a lot of other games.
Maybe more than a lot of games that you have played maybe... The game is great and all but 'balanced' isn't the first word that comes to mind when I think of SSF4. A lot of people carry the same sentiments too.Lost Fragment said:

Well, I do not know how much you did play with it, but SFIV was not a broken mess, and SSFIV improved the situation tenfold. Majority of the new characters were viable, more characters became really tournament-viable in SSFIV, and the overall dominance of the top 3 lessened to a point where there was not really a character except for the weakest 3-4 who was not able to play against any other character.
