Game is looking very good roster is also looking much more fleshed out. So we're down to what Dormammu,Ghost Rider,Firebrand,Jedah and Hunter left as known characters?

I know people are saying venom in base roster, I'll believe that when I see it.

Don't care about these characters, yet I'm just as hype after looking at some of the gameplay videos. Will look at the rest when I get off from work.

The PlayStation YouTube page's thumbnail is....interesting.

Marvel NYC X Final Fight/Street Fighter Metro City, perhaps?

EDIT: Scratch that, there's also a higher-res image

It could be a new stage, but it could also be just story leading up to A.I.M.brella.

In one of the videos, Haggar says he's the mayor of New Metro City, so that probably is it.

Looks like my Dante/Haggar team will live on. Man it's actually getting to the point where I'm not sure of my main team because of the amount of characters I want to try. Jedah and Gamora both look really cool.

Everytime i see Frank West and Zero in a .vs game series i laugh because i think its always the same guy who had the idea to put then in TVC saying something like: "Yeah well...Put Zero and Frank West in this new one!"

Logistically speaking, Season 1's DLC are comprised of newcomers, & Venom's a veteran. Couple that with the .zip leak, & there's our reason for thinking he's in the base roster.

Spider-Man looks like a character from a mobile game. He looks a tad bit greyish in that screen shot.

The models in-game look very desaturated. His model looks great just with the colors washed out like a lot of others. Making the colors more saturated would make a huge difference. They could pop so much more.

So there was supposed to be another panel today? What time is it gonna be?

EDIT: found it

Why would someone get banned for leaking information? Isn't that why we come to this forum, to hear things first?

Because even though every character he leaked is in the game, he was misinformed that it was the base roster, the fact the base roster has more then he leaked means he lied and obviously gets the perma ban (I dunno if he was perma banned but that's what usually happens).

But Niitsuma isn't working on this game so not really.

No that's not it, he's still right about all that. He leaked incorrect info about the remaining stones.

So Ryce got banned for the Mind Stone thing?

That wouldn't make sense, considering he not only revealed the game in the first place but also accurately revealed most of the roster in advance

I can't see him being banned for getting one thing wrong when there is no denying that he has a source

I guess the implication is that there are pretty big ramification for leaks, wrong or right. As in, how the perception of the game is taken. Like, with Ryce's leak, people thought there were only so many characters and I guess that tarnishes the game's reputation enough to have GAF step in and do something about it.

Again, Ryce isn't truly at fault, but maybe that's the reasoning.

I dont think Ryce should have been banned for that, but I've been saying that shit about the perception with the 28 character roster.

for months people basically shat on the game as if the 28 roter was official. Well they shat on the game for various reasons, msot warranted, but that always annoyed me.

It doesn't "magically fix the roster", but it's going to impact the game negativity regardless. People here and on the internet are happier because they are getting more, even if some of those are returns.

Yeah, not Ryce's fault, and I don't think he should get banned for it. But the result is what it is. Just shitty all around.

I'd like to just have Capcom say "we have these many characters" and be done with it. Still can reveal, still can get hyped for the new additions and new moves, but then we'd have a hard limit.

It's not like the roster being more than 28 has magically fixed the perception of the game. It's still in the same place lol.

It's more incomplete than incorrect though

He leaked incorrect info about a stone, Thats why.

About if you wanna talk about the roster he was positive it was only 28 characters. I don't think that's why he got hit now, but he was still wrong about it and it really did start a swirl of negativity.

It definitely has to be the mind stone thing cause he was on here yesterday. Also considering the way that trailer was cut, I could see how he would make that mistake.

The UMvC3 roster was pretty amazing so getting back more of those characters are a good thing. The Capcom was especially well done.
