Could it be for a SFV thread? Those were getting pretty heated

Chuck Green is the better Dead Rising character and we'll never see him, because Frank ate his function (combo weapons)

I think there should be zero tolerance for leaking incorrect info, so I agree here.
The question is why now? His original roster leak didn't have Zero in it and we saw Zero at E3 and nothing happened.

I mean, it shouldn't be that simple, when 95% of the info you leaked is true and you were mis informed about one tiny 5%, i think it's worth thinking the checking if a permaban is really a fitting punishment.
Chuck Green was unpopular enough that not only did they do a 2 player coop dlc with playable frank west, they essentially rereleased dr2 with frank west in the lead role.
For someone like that we should know what the justification is
Why was Chuck Green disliked?
The Frank main in me is marking out. I'm loving all the changes.Oooooh! Frank's Axe does a very good ground bounce even in Lvl 1! that's good news!
Also, love that lvl 3 for Frank!
what stops Ryce from just creating another account? Is it an IP ban as well?
Nobody talks about Nick from DR3. FeelsBadMan

For starters, it takes months to get approved. I registered in like January and didn't get approved until late May.
He later clarified that his source had old info and things may have changed post-zip leak, and mentioned he was uncertain about things. Still odd to see him banned when he got so much on the money, can't have been the mind gem alone, the source could have confused it with the soul stone even, it could have been a semantic error. It was incomplete info, but it wasn't presented as incomplete info, and it definitely hurt Capcom having it presented as such.
Ugggggggh Ryce :[
To be 100% transparent I've been his source since the end of last year and the info I heard about the stones just ended up being incorrect. My info just came from chatting up top players and keeping my ear to the ground at majors. Most of what I get ends up being really accurate, but you can imagine there's always a risk that outdated info (or sometimes flat-out false rumors) is getting passed around instead.
Ryce has been a super valuable member of the community and I'd hate to see him in trouble over one inaccuracy that I told him about. I understand he agreed to taking a risk by posting it but I still think it's only fair that I face the repercussions instead of him, especially when he's been so vocal about suspecting his source had outdated info for the past month or so.
Eh, Capcom did that to themselves. They should have made a better product and communicated better with their audience. He later clarified that his source had old info and things may have changed post-zip leak, and mentioned he was uncertain about things. I've zero doubt in my mind the Ryce leak hurt Capcom a lot though, especially being incomplete. That was a big thread and people stopped paying attention to the game at that point even though it was an incomplete list. It's also irreparable harm too, since changing minds once people have made up their mind is hard as hell.
WOW, WHET???????????????????Ugggggggh Ryce :[

I was banned for "fake leaks," and it's permanent because I've already been banned before.
I'm just really frustrated, embarrassed, and confused that the mods would let me post info for seven months knowing that my source was legitimate (I was contacted by a mod in December), and now it's suddenly "fake" because an Infinity Stone detail was off. Things change over the course of development. Apparently I just guessed the PSX reveal, April press tour with down-down shenanigans, Jedah, Gamora, and other stuff.
I liked being on GAF and interacting with all the awesome members there, and now it's all gone and I've been brandished a liar over incomplete and outdated info. It hurts.
That really sucks. Ryce was a valuable member. I feel like that's just too harsh.
Yeah no kidding, super intelligent guy and always trustworthy. Surely some kind of exception could be made? Would love to talk with a mod about this, like I said I absolutely have no problem taking a ban instead.
