Sticking with purely factual statements is about the best he can do. I don't like the tweet... but i understand the tweet. If the president tweeted what i would want him to tweet - start cancelling events, get food, etc it would cause a mass panic and economic disaster... so i wouldn't necessarily tweet it. I have no idea what you're trying to say here. Hand sanitizer has been a fixture at hospitals for over a decade now. There's a difference in saying "well it won't really protect you from coronavirus" and saying "it is literal garbage made from lies."
