There is a portion of the brain chiefly concerned with the memory, lying deep to the limbic system. Dolph has some sort of damage to the Hippocampal nuclei in the brain, hence the retrograde amnesia. The man needs to seriously adjust his work schedule.

Vince may think it is a great idea to take your star performer night and night out, but he needs some time off and needs to reassess how he takes bumps.

He was kicked in the head really hard, shit happens. This has very little to do with bumping, selling or work rate. If you're brain gets smacked around your skull, it gets bruised.

My brother never bumped once in his life, yet when he launched himself over a bike head first into a wall, he still suffered memory loss. The only one that should be re-evaluating here is Del Rio, who delivered that kick. (I'm not buying that Swagger did this so I'll assume that's the storyline reason).

Just read the results, so happy I've skipped RAW for the 4th time in a row.
Cena beating Shield, yup that would've ruined my night.

I will watch Extreme Rules, prob. most ppv's this year, but I'm done with RAW.

It's easy. If there's a segment or match that's being talked about, look it up on Youtube that some fan uploaded or what WWE put in their own page. That way you don't waste 3 hours every Monday night.

I didn't watch it for a while, and have since got rid of my cable except the basic NBC, ABC, FOX, and local stuff. What I see there is what I'll watch if I'm interested.

Cody Rhodes and Sandow should've had it at least at one point; I've liked both Kane and Bryan as a team but they've held them for far too long and for a while weren't really doing anything at all.

Sounds like a bunch of must-miss TV. I've missed 3 weeks in a row and don't regret it. 3 hours is just far too much for me to invest when I have a family to care for.

What was Cena beating The Shield supposed to accomplish? How was the match itself?

PTP were winning tons of tag matches before Rhodes Scholars got back together. Then they were suddenly on Superstars.

It was OK, but it was setup as you can imagine it would be for Cena. Kane eliminated, then Daniel Bryan, so that left Cena on his own.

He put up a fight, never looked like losing until The Shield cheated a bit, then he kicked out of a pinfall and won via DQ when all 3 Shield members ganged up on him. It wasn't terrible, just by the numbers.

That sounds pretty fucking terrible given the Shield's build up over the last few months. Undefeated in tag matches against top draw wrestlers then losing what was essentially a 3 on 1 handicap against Cena in a way that doesn't help put him over for his match, in a non main event on a random RAW.

Of course I didn't see it so it might have been different, it just sounds really bad. I continue to be glad that I'm not watching the main shows any more.

I've watched maybe 30 minutes combined of the last 3 weeks of Raw.

Nothing's happened.

Currently changing my WWE viewing habits to "PPV's only."

Welcome to my world.

Tell a lie, I catch NXT every now and then, but that's because it's good, and from what I can gather, not even WWE Universe canon. Also Cena isn't there to shit things up.

PTP were going places when it was Rhodes Scholars, Hell No, Rey/Sin Cara, and PTP. Add in Uso's and Primo/Epico, but they were basically enhancement talent. It was a growing division, but it quietly died out. They should just use Ryder with Hawkins again and team up, and use other guys they don't use (Alex Riley, JTG, whoever) and make a team. I think they rather have Hornswaggle and Khali squash a random person for the umpteenth time.

You've said that same thing after every Raw for at least a year now Hertog. At least follow through.

It is so hard since I follow the all the WWE/TNA news, this thread and it's on every week. It's my addiction since 1996.
I can never completely quit it, but I'm happy for every crappy raw that I miss.

I still enjoy most of the ppv's as long as I fast forward anything Cena-related.
Cena broke me when he won the MITB, I managed to stop watching until the RR, Cena wins that and guess what, Cena wins at WM.

On the other hand WWE still has Jericho, Punk, Bryan, Henry, Cesaro, Barrett, Kane, the Shield, Undertaker, Lesnar, Heyman and the Rhodes scholars who always manage to entertain me.

I just wish that Ryback, Cena, Orton, Sheamus and mr H's weren't there.

Someone said it best during RAW. Every wrestler is just there to eventually job against Cena, it's meaningless.

So now we have to watch interviews on the app during Raw as well as during commercials?

Because why would we want to watch the actual program or god forbid, a wrestling match, amirite?

---

I must say the best thing on the card this Sunday has to be the tag team tornado match, I look forward to that. The shield all getting titles should be alot of fun with how they're booked.

Weird though that AJ vs Kaitlyn isn't officialy on the card. They had the #1 contendership match a few weeks ago and segments every week progressing the story (sure, it's not much, but it's a better build than anything Kaitlyn has gotten since winning the belt), yet the match is not even set. I guess they're gonna bump it, since they have like 8 matches on there already, not including the pre-show match.

Impressions of last night's show with the live crowd:

Orton was possibly the most over of the night. Manster pops for him. It's unreal that they can do NOTHING with him for months and the crowd went goddamn bananas. Cena was also disappointingly over - nothing even close to a boo in the house for him. I felt real bad because I thought Mechashiva and I were seated in front of some drunks but they were mentally challenged. I kept hearing "GO...GO KAA...KAAAAANE" etc. And the claps were all out of sync. But that's my fault for being a dick. However we ended up throwing out a handicapped group which was a real bummer because we didn't know until we got them thrown out.

Ryback is super popular, barely any heel heat. People loved him. Swagger vs Big E was dead as fuck, Zeb had to get on the mic during the break and yell at people to get a reaction. It's a shame, because I like both of them, but the crowd simply doesn't care.

There was a pretty good reaction for Natalya, surprisingly. I didn't expect her to tap though :(

When the cage descended it got stuck on the posts, but I think they were at a commercial when they fixed it.

Uh, nothing else. I just enjoyed my time with my pals, held my head in my hands when Cena things happened, and was reminded that we are SUCH a minority and things will not change.

Think it's time to fall in line with the WWE PPV viewing only scene, and give up on the weekly shows for now. Spend those extra 5 hours watching indy wrestling instead.

Welcome to my world, except the 5 hours of indy wrestling is time in the gym :/ Not that I mind, I just wish I could watch more.

Oh, and the crowd wasn't big into Mark Henry, but popped like morons for Sheamus' heel tactics.

So here's the crux of the whole issue - some people say they were just playing a heel (villain) and that a bad guy would do that - however, if it's unrehearsed,(sources say it was not planned) and the retards had no idea it would go to this length, is it harassment? I'm saying it's absolutely unprofessional and harassment. Shame on them for doing this, and making their apology be complete bullshit - but what do you think? Retards have had to deal with a LOT of shit in the wrestling world, but a lot of it was "part of the show" - what do you make of this?

It's unprofessional to not announce if you're handicapped because we would have let them stay if we could have gone elsewhere. :X

I'd really like to chart and map Randy Orton reactions across America. I have a feeling it would pretty much break down the exact same as the party divisions from the last election. America needs to get its shit together and cut out the middle of the country.

The complete lineup for CZW's Tournament of Death 12 has been announced:

Joe Gacy
Danny Havoc
DJ Hyde
Ron Mathis
Lucky 13
Matt Tremont
Takumi Tsukamoto
Scotty Vortekz

The event will also feature Tommy Dreamer, Drake Younger and Devon Moore in non tournament matches.

Bootaaay, how does Tsukamoto rank as far as stars they could pull from BJW?

I'll be getting this to see DJ Hyde fucked up.

This event will be on delayed iPPV.

This got lost in all of the Raw craziness last night.

Oh wow, that's pretty cool - Tsukamoto's one of the best young guys BJW have at the moment and, despite only being a 3 year pro, shows good promise in the ring. Also, I'm glad it's one of the younger guys, I'd much prefer to see Tsukamoto or Kodaka than Kasai or Ito or Abdullah again.

Hopefully he brings the giant hammer with him, lol;

Here's a recent match of his against the Deathmatch champion Shuji Ishikawa;

I just realized that SHIELD losing last night was WWE's way to prepare them to hold the Jobber titles, Tag Team and United States Champion. :(

Dean Ambrose about to lose weekly. :(

I never understood why they didn't let her do the Octopus after NXT and made her do the Shining Wizard instead.

I had friends over last night so only really had Raw on in the background, but I knew the second The Shield lost by DQ to Cena that WrassleGAF would be throwing a fit. I'm kinda disappointed there wasn't a bigger reaction. Did they even technically get DQ'd? If there was no bell then the WWE generally just throws the match out. Is there an actual record book somewhere on WWE.com?
