There won't ever be another PPV outside the US.
10-15 years ago they could get away with taping it, even. Nowadays everything is instant, and for it to be live in the US you're talking an 8pm start at the earliest... then you're looking at a midday start Pacific.
It just wouldn't work any more.
The UK can't even get a Z-tier PPV or a decent TV episode, so we're not gonna get WM.

Vince just needs to do what he likes best, train the audience.
If he started doing, as you say, Z-tier PPVs from the UK or any other European country, the audience would tune in at 3/12p instead of 8/5p. Those 2 times that they come over here and tape Raw and SD, those same weeks they could have the PPV the sunday before Raw. Buy rates might be way lower than usual, but they could off-set that with sponsorships and marketing deals exclusive to the UK, Sky Sports enjoy having their exclusive events.
