Expect lots of Kirby games to pop back up next week, what with the 25th Anniversary sale.

You're referring to this right? If so, the "major title" and "multiplatform" are 2 different statements that may or may not be related. Did they announce any additional info?
No, maybe I was wrong lol

Ace Attorney on the PS4 confirmed.

Ace Attorney in VR would be amazing. Just imagine actually standing in court (the Dangan Ronpa VR demo was great as well).

AA would translate to VR quite naturally. Since you remain stationary all the time* motion sickness wouldn't be a problem either. *Even the detective parts have you standing in the middle of a scenery and looking around, just like you would in VR. Movement to another place already effectually is teleporting so players couldn't blame the mechanic on VR.

Can't wait for Switchzilla vs V2ong

Yeah but that either means two MH in a year or MH5 comes in 2019. HD ports of MH have never sold well let alone year old ones. It's taking some mighty big risks. If that was the plan HD should have came out this year with 5 around Christmas. Not well that.

The Switch version of MHXX HD would still basically be an enhanced version but still portable so probably big enough to guarantee good sales that paired by the ps4 version could lead to a 1.7 total sales (more or less what a single version of the game on the same saturated platform with no update on the asset already sold today)

sinobi

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe the clear winner of Golden Week, next major title after Breath of the Wild and before Splatoon 2, not possible to reach the initial movement of Mario Kart 8.

Not sure which ones exactly but we had quite a few posters claim that R* wouldn't be able to port it to Switch. I also remember someone saying Switch wouldn't be able to run FFXIII...

I think to some people they think the switch has litteral wii specs.

I actually saw some fanboys claiming that Switch can't even run GTAV on Digital Foundry videos but that's it

Yeah thats ridiculous.

The Switch has 8x more ram than the PS3/360, its closer to an Xbox One than a 360. It definitely will have a hard time running modern day AAA games but pretending like its a 360 (or weaker) is a joke and it needs to stop.

serious question:

is there a game the size and scope of BotW on Vita??

I'd wager vita can't run that game but I am not sure.

So is sinobi saying MK8DX sold less than MK8 on WiiU's 1st week? Obviously Switch is limited by userbase.

Yet that was to be be expected. Looking at around 200-250k id say.

Could also suggest supply constraints? Like Nintendo only sent out so many copies of MK8D for this week to begin with, and they've basically been tapped out near 100%. Can't sell more if the numbers physically aren't there.

The Physics engine of BotW is what puts the game on another level compared to others games. Also the Ilumination, Shadows, draw distance are impressive... The Switch can handle GTA5 a lot better than the 360, thats for sure. Vita is not even close to the Switch.

A portable Switch in the low clocked GPU mode is still something like 10x more powerful than the Vita. That's not even including gains on GPU efficiency.

What does that even mean?

It's Psycho_Mantis. PS4 is all that matters.

lmao what? Come on now, no one believes the Vita is anywhere close to the Switch.

Yeah no there's definitely people that do. One guy innocently/genuinely thought they were similar in power.

A lot of people are/were unaware of how low clocked Vita is.
