Nintendo basically offered to market this game for Capcom outside of Japan and do a lot of promotional stuff. Sony probably was caught off guard.

Pretty sure it can get hectic in downtown Toronto, never seen a gaming line, but there was a regular concert at Dundas Square in the hart of downtown, and it was MASSIVE. So people will gather outside. Don't know that that automatically translates to big line potential lol.

That's too low. I'm expecting at least 1.5m first week sales though I'm hoping a 2m+ opening

i think it should be a bit more for mh4. 3ds could be a bit high. Im expecting 1 mill for mh4, 200-250k for 3ds.

Its crazy to think Pokemon will release in less than 4 weeks. 3ds will DESTROY japan.

Competition is tougher on 3ds. Where's on Vita you can make Ps3 ports or vice versa to offset costs.

But most of those announcements are PS3 or PSP multiplats, they wouldn't announce those games for 3DS either way. The only recent important game announcement for Vita is Phantasy Star Nova.

Will Puzzle and Dragons have a physical release? Does it come with all the content, or will it still have micro transactions? I really wonder how much of an impact this will have on 3DS sales.

Don't know about sales potential, but I think they are also planning an anime series so that should give it a boost.
