Men's Fashion |OT| Style is eternal; But my wallet isn't

Bought some boots that are maybe a half size too big. Accidnently dirtied the bottom so swapping it out isn't an option. Anything that could make it just a little more snug?

Just purchased a pointer brand chore jacket since they were on sale today. With the price I got it for, I plan on doing a DIY wax coating to it. Love the look of the Rogue Territory waxed chore jacket, but that was more than I wanted to spend for something that will realistically get only minimal wear since I also just bought a quilted jacket, a fall vest, and some new flannels. Love this time of the year.

Anyone vaguely interested in purchasing a pair of Clarks Desert Mali boots from me? Worn only once. I got a pair for my birthday and was too excited to put them on before realizing they aren't as snug as I want them to be. The bottom sole is a dirt magnet so trading them in probably wouldn't be an option. I think they retail for $140 on Urban but I could take $115 if anyone is interested

did the sizing for the re-release of the +j stuff change from the original release? i bought a size 44 suit a few years ago which fit perfectly and now a medium sized chesterfield coat fits me fine

I'm really digging some of the Uniqlo stuff. I understand it's a Japanese company. I usually wear L and XL in north American sizes. Will these items from uniqlo fit much different?

Some nice stuff in there but they don't have any circle frames. Will keep some of the rounder frames in mind. Thanks.

Palace x Adidas has some cool bits as well.

if you want round frames, check here:

what's the consensus on H&M around here? How's their stuff?
Cheap quality, t shirts fall apart on me all the time. Chinos have lasted me a while. Aesthetically a good amount of it is pleasing to my eyes, but I don't go there often anymore.

Flashy ;)

On a serious note, it's a bit too much in your face for my liking. Prints like that are usually very personal so I wouldn't mind what others think about tbh :)

I actually have 2 pairs of Happy Socks with lightning bolts on them, (one pair is navy with neon green lightning bolts and the other is light blue with red bolts). The sweater looks pretty fun actually, go for it.

In my case, I bought some socks and a t-shirt from Scoop NYC here in San Francisco. Almost went with a beanie, but I like the t-shirt.

Love those socks. Started to care about socks like a year ago now. Still in the process of replacing everything with funky colored socks. Socks matter.

Still looking for a black leather backpack. Anybody have either a line on a discounted Marc by Marc Jacobs bag -- I came across this for $150 one time and couldn't get it at that moment, now it's $500 everywhere I look -- or have suggestions for bags in the sub-$250 range that are all leather and fairly minimal in design?

My search led me through these:

1. Marc by Mac Jacobs classic backpack, $500 - out of my budget, but more or less the "ideal" in terms of design.
2. Barneys NY saffiano(?) leather backpack, $250 - seems to be their house brand? Black is no longer available, so this is also a no-go, but style-wise it would've been a good alternative.
3. Topman, $120 - Less conventional in design, but no complaints. Online only, so I can't check it out beforehand. The most likely purchase if I can't find anything else.

I've looked through Yoox, Mr Porter, HauteLook, Gilt, the Corner, Tres Bien, Karmaloop, etc for a few weeks and come up empty... Plenty of $1500 bags (which are usually ugly as hell, lbr) around, of course. -___- Will gladly check out suggestions if someone has any.

Yeah, I saw that one last night and while the price is nice, that flap over the zipper is driving me nuts. Plus, yknow... Asos quality.
