Picked up a pea coat, there's slight tightness on my armpits, but it fits just fine for the rest of my body. I can wave my arms up and extend forward without feeling tension (the sleeves ends just before my wrist), but that's with the button open.

Shoulders seem to be fine, without too much bunching when I have my arms up or extended forward.

I was wondering if it's an ill-fitting coat, or if I'm overthinking it. How much tightness is "allowed"?

This one has a grey weft which gives the denim a well-worn, blue-grey look. It’s has been washed pretty hard to get this strikey, luxurious, almost velour-like surface with a dry hand.

Picked this up as well, wearing it right now actually. Again, the fit is perfect and the fabric is heavy enough for the current -13 degrees weather - love this brand. It's local to Montreal to boot
