Best thing to do is call your local tailor/whichever tailor you had in mind and ask them if they offer an alterations service.

Of course some tailors will only offer alterations on their own bespoke clothing, but there are tailor/seamstress specialists which deal with alterations on any garment. Be sure to do some level of research on your chosen outlet, as some are better than others. (I would suggest avoiding places such as a laundrette which claim to offer an alteration service, as they're more likely to ruin your garments due to their lack of appropriate skills, but of course they won't tell you this, they'll accept your work even if they can't actually do it to a competent level).

It can be tough to find. Sometimes places like Acrimony or Roden Grey might pick some up. Then there's always Barneys, Ssense or some Japanese retailers if you want to bite the bullet on international shipping / proxy.

Thanks! Will keep an eye out. Seems like some of his runway looks from FW13 didn't even get produced.

On an unrelated topic, I don't think there's a website that does more disservice to its product than Ralph Lauren, specifically the RRL side. The pics are just flat out garbage, I probably bought half a dozen items, kept one, all because the item looked way different in person. On the flip side, I passed up on some great stuff because it didn't look good on the site.

Lesson learned, I should just go to the West Broadway store from now on.
