Jury didn't have enough information to make that call. Not sure you do now. If the State hadn't withheld the evidence, the defense and prosecution both might've had a chance to more thoroughly investigate claims about his competency.
As for the pharmacy, it's better that the general public doesn't know which one it is, as that could lead to a lot of other problems.
Not sure how that would be a bad thing. Maybe I think such companies should have the problem of me boycotting / protesting them. Maybe transparency is how a free democracy functions.
