Instead of releasing a boatload of games, they should cut down production on 1 or 2 of them so they can have more people focusing on 1 title so that they can maximize the quality of said title. Their formula for RPG's feels like something out of the early 2010s when other developers have already taken that formula and advanced it beyond what it was.

I haven't played it so i'm not going to lie and say i did, but from what I've heard on here and heard through reviews on reddit, YouTube, etc is that it's a good game but it does nothing great.

I played the first one , no reason to play OW2 since Its the same concept , forgettable npcs, outdated graphics, bad narrarive, average gunplay.

There are tons of better games where You can put your money like Stalker 2, Yotei, Oblivion remaster, etc..

Game is kinda meaty. Am 45 hrs in. Some halfway through.

I am doing everything possible though. With ample time spend on builds etc.

I haven't played it so i'm not going to lie and say i did, but from what I've heard on here and heard through reviews on reddit, YouTube, etc is that it's a good game but it does nothing great.

It is what one expects out of RPG like this.

I can kill anyone I want, choose whatever I wanna be etc.

With a strong foundation of number crunching, that I normally don't expect in FPS rpgs (something more common in CRPGs)

Luckily, Ghost of Yotei isn't discounted at all. Could have gotten really bad there.

It's not the price so much as it is the time commitment. Outer Worlds 2 simply isn't worth your time.

I picked up Death Stranding 2 on sale. Lots of great games on sale at the moment. I think new Silent Hill f is on sale.

After 50 hours I can confidently say Yotei is too good for a sale at this point. It's been worth every penny.

Like most Netflix movies, this is one of those games that look completely template-made.

Am playing as dumb professor, am able to express properly.

Also quests are lengthy, there is basically zero filler. With long, drawn out scenarios.

Am finding writing to be competent.

What can Microsoft do at this point to garner that GOTY buzz they have been missing for well over a decade now.

The following games from MS studios including ones they inherited from the Activision and Zenimax deals were eligible.

- Indiana Jones
- Avowed
- South of Midnight
- Doom: Dark Ages
- Outer Worlds 2
- Call of Duty Black Ops 7

They had a fairly good year in terms of quantity. Most of these were good to great games. Just not GOTY worthy according to the VGA critics who are mostly made up of critics around the world. Are the studios they have acquired just not capable of making...
