Damn that must be nice, 20 friggin percent. We get excited when our bonuses are over 2%. Word is our typical bonus will come in April or May, should be 1.5% to 2%, then the second will be issued a few months later. They didn't mention it in the email but people "in the know" are saying it will probably be the exact same.
