If you like GTA-style open world games it is okay-ish, got bored halfway through (like tom0823 said the story sucks) but I had fun up until that point.

It's been quite some time since I played open-world games (GTA 4 I guess). But recently finished Second Son, loved it. Now I want to play something city-open-world game.
If so many people says it's not ok, I guess I will play it sometimes later.

back in the day i didn't really like it that much compared to mgs1 and 2, both of which i probably played over 20 times eacj.
i've lightened up now, just need time to play it more thats all.

If you're in the mood for that kind of game you can definitely have a good time with Watch_Dogs, it isn't awful or anything but you won't be blown away either.
By the way, you should ask Dawg for his opinion on Watch_Dogs.
