Is this the only platform that gives you cutscenes? I've already rescued two of the stranded mother base soldiers but didn't go back right away. I just recently went back and got the Paz cutscene.

If you're looking for the soundtrack, yeah there's better ways of acquiring that. I didn't even want it, it just happened to be bundled with the poster for me. And... I may have paid more than that $65 there for mine...

FOB is so broken *sigh* just had a guy kill 100% of all my men. he had godmode.... 5 c4 did nothing repeated sniper fire, rockets, I dont even :'(

Got one doing the same to my base righht now, he rapid fire rocket launchered me when I was crossing the bridge to his main FOB command center and now he is just full on screwing over my base in revenge mode and I cant touch him. I just exited out, ill take the hit and he can be go to hell.
Come across so many cheats today its not even funny and its ticking me off because I want resources to move my FOB to tier three and cant gather them because of bullshit like this, going to move back to the PS4 for online because PC isnt worth it.

The cutscene is triggered when you go back to MB having a negative GMP.
Damn this sucks. Reminds me of playing a Souls game on PC.
As for trying to FOB on PS4, I have been able to stay connected to the servers long enough for the game to tell me my FOB has been attacked.
When I try to retaliate?
Either I get disconnected or another rival is currently infiltrating my rival's FOB.

All right, all this hype about the new MGS has got me willing to jump into this series.
I'm gonna borrow a friend's PS3 and get the Metal Gear Solid Legacy Collection.
That should be enough for me to get set up for Ground Zeroes then the Phantom Pain, right?

Don't think you can.
Asking again here, does anyone know if you can remove the upgraded bionic arm? I've researched the mobility upgrade for sprinting but it makes him move way too quickly.
If not, my advice for other players is not to research it. It's horrible.

Yeah it seems ever 5 or 6 missions you get the Kojima written/designed mission which is bigger, more intricate, and and advances the story a lot more. The next one you encounter is awesome as well. I'm not sure if this pattern holds true further in the game though, I'm only on episode 14.

now if alarm goes off on my FOB (assuming you are not hacking) you are SCREWED.
I mean, even if you don't move a defender can come to the rescue, and there's no way they found you.
Happened a lot today, tranqued everyone, no alarm or spotting, and suddenly just as i was about to pass the first bridge a defender came.
Like i said, even when completely silent and undetected, you still get opposed. Sucks.
Only think the yellow ones are required, but i would visit mother base every now and then as it seemed to unlock missions.

I was the biggest complainer of the credits for every mission but it really doesn't bother me that much. People hate how they spoil the characters that show up but seeing a familiar name just makes me excited. I'm sure when I start grinding missions and trying to get s ranks, the credits will probably get annoying as hell then.

So I just popped in the disk that came with the collector's edition and noticed that episode
on there. Damn it why couldn't they have made that.

Aww sorry to hear that. Regardless, the final boss flight is one of my favorite boss fights of all time, so enjoy anyway!
I don't think you have a whole lot left to play after that point. You're almost done, just soo many cutscenes left.

I haven't even gotten to chapter 2 yet but I know for fact that its not "utter garbage". That's classic neogaf bullshit exaggeration. I bet you Ch 2 is still better than every single game out this year. Kojima can shit on a plate and it would still be a better game than 99% of games.

So i massively cocked up.
I let someone login to my copy of MGSV on another console, and they had the GZ DLC code installed, which i didn't receive due to buying the game digitally on PSN. Loaded the game back up and it now won't let me load my save due to not having the DLC code.
If any of you guys are in Europe and have a save further on that at least 15% (but before 30%) so i don't have to start the whole fucking game again and don't have that DLC installed, if you'd be so kind to send it me you'd be saving my life.
The thought of starting all over again after 60+ hours REALLY isn't appealing to me right now.

Ugh, i really wish there was a way to turn FOBs off (LIKE THEY FUCKING SAID THERE WOULD BE). Im just bleeding guys. I turn on my game and suddenly my fucking r&d team is lowered by about 7 points. This is fucking bullshit.
