The CE is definitely coming to the US, it's listed on the Konami website. I'm heavily anticipating it being on Amazon though. Also, I'd say I'm pretty positive that the regular case will have reverseable Shinkawa art. I have no source obviously, other than a hunch and the GZ box.

Yeah this basically. Especially with the conversion rate with the devaluing Euro, importing from the UK for high-priced CE's is becoming difficult, and with the badly priced CE's in Europe as it is it would become a right pain. For example I had the Bloodborne CE ordered on Amazon for £70 which comes to €100 for me, but (surprisingly) Gamestop in Ireland have it for €85, but prices are usually much worse.

This would make sense in Peace Walker. Actually, remove the horn and DD emblem and this would seem like a remake of PW.

This isn't preorder DLC. You don't need to preorder to walk into a store and get the "day one" edition. They are usually available for a couple of weeks at the least. That gives you plenty of time to see whatever you need to of the game the decide if you want to buy it or not.

There is no technological limitation for for those weapons, shields, boxes, and fatigues, let alone being 0s and 1s, to be segregated to first prints or even a collector's edition. Let's be real: an Yoji Shinkawai cover would have been the first print or something more tangible then...well, recolored and restated weapons, shields, boxes, and fatigues. The very least PW store-branded DLC would have sufficed. Seriously, Guard Shield, Best Buss. Amazonian Knife. Wal-Box. I can go on.

That's normal, video games are £50 in England and $60 in North America, consoles are silly also, Xbox One launched at £430 in England, that's like over $500.

I think that because the blu-ray with the documentary and whatnot is there, both must be included, it's more of a convenience packaging, not much because they wanted to include both

no, it's just for show. The collector's edition will just come with the steel book cover, for the game case.
