Finally wrapped up a S-rank run of the hard mode version of GZ's main mission, bringing my completion percentage to 100%! It took quite a while since I wanted to make sure to get all the prisoners in one go while remaining completely undetected, to make a "canon" run of sorts. Still, it took like all day plus a ton of yesterday, glad it's over. I know 100% may not do anything special, but not getting it there before TPP would be weird for me.

Anyone know if people who registered a PS Plus copy of Ground Zeroes get to bypass the special code registration at the Konami website?

The play records say 7 prisoners rescued on normal difficulty and 2 on hard and 0 for the side ops.
I thought there are more. Or is this how it should be? I used the file with all extractions.

Probably. Usual PSN crap attitude. Some DLCs are valid, like Gold DLC from Amazon, some can't be redeemed.

Try to disable Steam Cloud and try again, probably the game is loading your saves.

The difficulty doesn't matter, right? If you extract like 10 prisoner's on normal and 5 on hard, it should be fine?

- 19 POWs/unique soldiers (unlocked depending on whether they were acquired in GZ, and join your base as recruits over the course of the first 12 missions)
- Gold-Plated Bionic Arm (???)
- 100,000 GNP (???)

No idea about anything else yet.

The option to import is still on the main menu even when you already started to play. I think it's not even possible to import the save when you create a new game.

Edit: Nevermind I had to go back to the main menu. The option wasn't there the first time I boot up the game.

You upload it from GZ and import it from the option on the main menu on TPP

Thanks. I did the first three requirements, would be nice to know the other requirements. Would've been cool if they'd have revealed all things you could unlock a week before TPP release.

Ok thanks, good to know. I hope it's possible to upload the save at any stage. For example, if I didn't meet the requirements for the Gold-Plated Bionic Arm yet, it'd be cool to unlock it in the future, even without starting a new game.

So I did the following:

- Rescued all PoWs and PoIs.
- Got all XOF patches.
- Finished Deja Vu and Jaimi Du in normal and hard.

That's pretty much all I need to do right? Nothing else?

So I uploaded the save, then played the first mission of TPP, tried to import the save but the servers were fried.

I had to go to work, but before going deeper into TPP, there's nothing else I need to do in GZ, right?

Yeah I got 100% completion and I didn't get the golden arm or Solid Snake costume. There must be other requirements.

Here's what automatically unlocked for me after replaying a mission.

I think the last one is the bald guy you're supposed to extract. Or maybe it's the dude that spoke to the contact who was supposed to give you the cassette. I extracted him too lol. I extracted everyone in GZ except the rats

I basically did everything in Ground Zeroes except Jamais Vu on hard.
Hope I get more special volunteers

Has someone tried using cross region saves on PS4?

I have GZ as a Digital US download and my TPP is a EU physical copy, I uploaded my GZ savegame and will try later to download it in TPP.

Cause I can confirm it works for codes from JPN copies of GZ. As I just did it now.

I'm a bit concerned to be fair. The GZ code has always felt like a farce to me. And MGO? It seems troubled enough as is.

Yes. You can import again after you've done it once.

Do you get Kojima randomly in tpp if you had GZ save data? Someone in OT mention he got Kojima as volunteer in mission 4. I'm already mission 6 and still no Kojima. You only need to finish the mission with Kojima in GZ once to get him in TPP right?

I have an important question. I don't have access to the internet all the time on my PS4.

I'm about to buy TPP in a few minutes.

So, when I update both GZ and TPP, and upload my GZ save data. Will I be able to download the save data exactly after I boot up TPP on the title screen. Or do I have to play until a certain point to be able to download the save data?
