I have a feeling they will be announcing the fall release of the XBox 360 store on the XBO to coincide with the full release of Back Compat. Its the only logical step.

Games will be priced around the prevailing Gamespot used rates. Devs get proceeds from old games they would never get and MS gets a lot of karma.

Can't be too difficult to implement as you already download the the XB 360 games from the MS store.
