The BOM "virtual" impact is just the pro rata basis of the finished product tariff. As the tariff is only applied to the shipped product there is no tariff on individual components per se.
For all you US citizens the tariffs are a tax paid at customs by the importer. Typically this is then passed through to the consumer of those imported products. Typically but not necessarily in full or at all if the importer wants to eat the tariff cost. (or boost margins globally to offset). THEY ARE NOT PAID BY ANOTHER COUNTRY!!
