Yeah I'm in the same situation. They should at least tell you that they are out of codes before taking my money though, I don't appreciate that.

Also the avenging thing is really cool. You can see where your steam friends died and you have a chance to kill the orc that killed them.

So I have one Orc (skull on the map) who relentless follows me around. He has a train of like 20 other jerks following him too so I can't get him in a one on one fight. How do I get him to fuck off?
It's uncanny.. It's like watching TLoU play live.

Played the game for two hours. I love it when I can actually play it. The combat is super satisfying and I don't find the game as easy as some. Already got killed and had an orc become a captain at my expense! But I am having a severe loading issue for some reason. Every time I am going in or out of a cutscene or the pause menu, I have to wait a few minutes for it to load. It's something I guess I can look past, but it's pretty shitty.

Few quick impressions:
Game looks great and so much better than these Ultimate Edition titles like Last of Us or Tomb Raider. Built for PS4 shows, and anyone who says TLoU looks better is simply lying and likes the game better.
Combat feels way more dangerous than Assassin's Creed or Batman. Fighting a mob feels more like Dark Souls at the beginning. I barely escaped dying thinking I'd easily take down a mob. Being able to be hit while doing finishing moves is a great addition and makes combat much more of a thinking game (compared to say Ryse).
Mordor is ugly, and that's good. It just feels like death, like the Wasteland from Fallout at its worst. There is no sanctuary, no towns (at least so far), and no real allies; only an endless sea of orc's all desperate to kill you (with different levels of commitment to that goal). This feels great.
Have to go to bed. Now some ugly potato-faced orc named something the Mad wants to kill me on top of all my other problems.

Oh, ffs. I played for about an hour, if that, and my PS4 just suddenly shuts off completely. No light or anything. It hasn't ever done that before. I'm thinking it overheated somehow since it's kind of warm but after just one hour? I hope it didn't just die on me one hour after I started this game.

That's something I noticed yesterday: when I was browsing from my US account, the game would unlock a few hours later. When I switched to my EU account, that timer would update to 3 days. My best guess would be to log in your US account, switch to your EU account and launch the game before the timer updates. The only thing AC about it is the parkour IMO, and everything else is very Batman like.
The voice acting has all been top notch so far. After putting up with what passes for voice acting in Destiny, I'm glad to see a game that's trying really hard to do better. On presentation alone, this game runs circles around Destiny, too.
The difficulty is also ramping up, and button mashing is quickly becoming a losing strategy. I just had to retry a mission three times before I managed to finish it off. However, all of my deaths have been from non-orc causes, so I don't have any rivalries or anything to report yet...
On PS4? You are simply downloading the rest of the game (27GB). If you haven't pre-downloaded all this, then you can't progress obviously.

There's really only 20 story missions? It seems like so few. I've been playing for 3 and a half hours and I'm already done with 7. I've been doing a lot of side stuff too.

This game has all the good parts of assassins creed, plus actual stealth. Soooo good!
Then it should've allowed us to download more than 4 gigs... Zzzz. I'm hella hyped for this game bit this shit is bumming me out.

He was probably a Tracker. They said on stream that that is one of the potential traits and they will follow you and ambush you. Pretty awesome.
