Next year is gonna be a weird year for me as a Yankee fan. The team I grew up with are players like Jeter, Mo, Tino, Paul O'Neal, Bernie, Scott Brocius (I know I spelled his last name wrong), Andy P (my favorite pitcher of all time), etc. And to see them go out and retire one by one was pretty sad...and now Jeter, the last of the bunch, gone.

Next year will be the first Yankee team ever that I did not grow up with. I feel old...and sad.

Thank you Jeter for the memories and what a way to end your career at Yankee stadium.

Saw some of the first (the two Oriole homers), walked in the house at 5-2 with the Yankees in control in the ninth. Oh well, I caught the theatrics. Great finish, Jeter.
