Unbelievable after all these years that DD hasn't been able to put together a BP that isn't an embarrassment to humanity for even a single season.
yeah, Dozier isn't an all star...19 homers as a 2B (most runs/rbi/extra base hits/elite defense) and TWO walkoff homers since not getting named on Tuesday. what a joke, he's been the best 2B in the league for 2 years.

It's not like he didn't try. He's spent countless assets and moves on fixing the BP. It's just that nothing at all has worked.
By the time they were halfway decent (last year) the starting pitching turned to shit. Now the predictable aging group has hit its wall and you guys have no farm to support it.
It's gonna be a long decade for the Tigers.
