I don't care what happens today...I'm taking BP at 2 in Camden no matter what...don't care what anyone says

LOL

someone please call security :D

They have a short window with how old everyone is. They're going for it (for better or worse)

I always preach the long term view and advise against going all-in.... but this year the Jays should really go all-in. If only because it's so rare to see the ALE look so attainable, there's a good chance the division has a couple of monster competitors again in a year or so. May as well go for it now, especially as the roster ages anyway.

I keep seeing more and more people believing the 5 year contract rule is a Beeston creation and with him leaving it might finally change.

As much as I'm not sure about this deal the price doesn't seem terrible.

Also, I'm hyped as fuck despite the fact that he's a rental.

if they were even half way closer to their pythagorean record I'd be so much more into this trade

If Price only costs Norris and Pompey, that would be insane. Not that I don't have high hopes for both as future Jays, but Price is one of the few people worth renting.

he is worth that. but to a .500 team on July 30th 7 GB in the division? yeah, not sure about that

That's how I feel.

Still, Price in a Jays' uniform.

Edit: Matt Boyd is in the deal. Sportsnet still mentioning Alford. From Jeff Blair.

I guess he would start Sunday?

Who the hell is Labourt?

Basically he is WHO GIVES A FUCK HE IS NOT ALFORD!

Edit: I know the Jays have given up a lot this week, but they still have a core of Stroman, Sanchez and Osuna for the rotation. Plus Donaldson and Tulo on the left side of the infield.

Bob Nightingale on 920 here in St. Louis "Cards not done. Surprising names being discussed, but can't speak on them yet."

Said the Moss deal had nothing to do with Hollidays injury, but Lind commanded a high price.
