It'll be fine when the Orioles win tomorrow and the rest of this series, because they're still better.

Saw the Yanks game highlights, wtf someone needs to stop them

i thought they weren't supposed to be good for a few years

eh... when all of your old players are hot together runs tend to get scored... worry about it more if they are still like this at the end of next month.

also saw the eaton video

yeah doesn't look great... he did his little lunge and screwed something up, realized it instantly and avoided landing on the leg again. hopefully he will not be out long, but I never liked that lunge.

The Yankees are also whole again, a state the Mets never quite seem to achieve. Cespedes is on the disabled list after aggravating a hamstring injury. Syndergaard missed a start on Thursday with a sore arm, yet refused the Mets’ request to have a magnetic resonance imaging test.

So it goes with the Mets, who must be exhausted, deep down, by the constant, almost chronic drumbeat of injuries that stalk their roster. This may be the Mets’ moment, but it sure seems painful — and the Yankees just might steal it.

Damn MLB is going to have to start checking Gardner for roids
/s
, Yankees are extremely fun to watch this season

Wheeler loves base runners, apparently.

I can never shake the feeling watching this guy pitch that he can just lose it at any point and not be able to throw strikes, and that's from the very first pitch of just about every game he's on the mound.

Its still weird to see Jacoby as clean up hitter.
Someone on r/Baseball described the Yankees lineup as lacking a true clean-up hitter and their lineup is essentially 1-2-3-1-2-3-4-5-6. Thought that was kind of interesting.

(this was before realizing Aaron Judge is Babe Ruth)

It looks like Girardi is experimenting with a new way to approach line ups.
