If you want MLB Comedy Hour, MLB 2K12's demo went up today.
The worst thing (aside from the game) is that the most noticeable thing in the demo that I saw was that they brought back being able to cancel a throw... its only been three years.

So, the Orioles are now signing free agents represented by Gary Sheffield. Fuuuuuuuck....................

How much longer is their "exclusive" licence for? I'm curious to see long it'll take EA to put a game out.
I believe this is the final year of 2K Sports' exclusive license, and they're probably not going to renew it.
Thank fucking God.
Yeah, they aren't renewing it. 2K's baseball games have gotten such a bad reputation, they lose money on them now. In fact, 2K12 is probably their last baseball game ever.

it looks like a cartoon
So MLB.TV decided to charge me $25 for Spring Training games that I did not order based on my subscription from last year, which I canned in July after the Mets tanked.
What the fuck is up with that?
D'oh, just missed it I guess. You don't sound too enthused though.
Same exact thing for me--well, $19.99 for GameDay Audio. It happened the other day. I subscribed to it last year and am usually pretty careful about auto-renewal. Regardless, there's no sign that I'm actually subscribed right now and I have no payment information entered, so I have no idea how they charged me via PayPal. But they did. I sent an e-mail to their customer service and was told to expect a reply in two to ten business days.
They're real fuckers. I can't believe they want me to buy the MLB@Bat app twice, for my iPhone and for my iPad. Like 15 bucks each. It's not the money, it's their fucking unscrupulous business practices.
Btw, anybody know what happened to The Frankman?
He was banned 2 months ago for messing with the wrong people in GirlGAF. Right before that he got banned for being a filthy pirate, providing links to Sailor Moon episodes. He's supposed to be back in a month, but who knows.

The full MLB The Show full game is playable at any Best Buy. Not Demo, FULL game! gonna see if I pass by one today after class.
That doesn't look like the real Show page.
Do they have the Vita version do you know?
It is their Facebook.
Hey i Think so. Just sign into ur account in the Ipad.Question. I just bought the audio sub on my iphone for the AT Bat App. If I were to get an iPad 3 would I be able to use the same sub I paid for?

2K has been mailing it in, but who's in line to replace? How many years is it going to take before somebody else gets a game equal to Show?
2K put good effort into the NBA game and made a gem, but baseball is some lazy ass dev work.
not good enough thoughthis team was good

Ryan Howard has indeed suffered a setback in his recovery from Achilles surgery and will be sidelined indefinitely following a procedure to clean an infection from his original wound.
Foot specialist Mark Myerson performed a "small procedure" Monday to remove the stitches from Howard's wound, Phillies head athletic trainer Scott Sheridan said. Howard is on antibiotics and should return to camp sometime Wednesday. Myerson is the surgeon who originally operated on Howard's ruptured left Achilles last October.
Sheridan is unaware of when Howard will return to his rehab program. When asked if the delay would be days or weeks, Sheridan said, "I truly don't know that answer."
While Myerson was forced to reopen Howard's wound, he did find the structure of the rebuilt Achilles tendon remained intact.
"That was our biggest concern going into this," Sheridan said. "That was one of the things during the procedure he confirmed; the Achilles tendon is intact and not compromised. That's great news."
But now, Howard must heal this new wound. Sheridan said the team will be cautious this time to avoid any further problems later.
Me too. It's bullshit that the Phillies keep having good stuff happen to them. Howard needs to be back as soon as possible.
