They finally decided to let Motte get Tommy John today. Out for the season and probably won't be his old self for next season, too.

Bummer about the contract extension we just gave him but it's hard to be too down when it's just the short term contracts that aren't working out for us. Furcal, Carp, and Motte will be off the books soon. Same for Westbrook unless Mozeliak extends him again lol.
