Oh shit, Mario Yamazaki just accepted a fight against Michael Chiesa in a grappling match. UFC fans are probably more excited for this fight than Jones vs DC 2.

Yamazki shouldn't be getting involved in this shit.

That being said he would probably destroy Chiesa

Haven't they been tracking fighter weight for the last few weeks?

I can't see DC fucking up on the scales for this fight.

Brock would get tagged in the face once and fold like a lawn chair.

Jones doesn't have that kind of punching power. I actually think that this is a bad matchup for him. Lesnar has all the physical advantages except a 3" reach disadvantage and he's a better wrestler besides. Jones is a crafty fighter though, much better fight IQ, much more experience.

I'd actually like to see this. I could see Lesnar by TKO or Jones by submission.

I don't know if I was in Dana's position if I would even want to see Jones.

He's cost them more money than he could possible earn at this point.

You would hope someone in Dana's position would be more professional and less petty. The guy is headlining your biggest card of the year and you are proudly proclaiming that you haven't even spoken to him like some kind of jilted high schooler?

I'm not a Jones fan at all but Dana has shown time and time again that he's a petty child.

I still remember when Dana said "No single person has tried to hurt the UFC more than Randy Couture" because Randy had the audacity to work with Bellator on that TV show AFTER Randy had retired from the UFC. (and he wasn't even fighting for Bellator)

I thought you got tested in bellator though? I Could be wrong
Not by usada. Not only that but they seemingly do all their fights where rules and regulations regarding testing are most lax i.e. Indian reservation casinos, England, Italy, etc. I think MSG is the only place in their last few fights where it was sanctioned by an athletic commission.

there is zero energy in this press conference

the PPV is the best card of the year and it isn't going to break 300,000 buys

What a dreary presser. Compare that to the last BIG one, UFC NY back in November. Night and day.

Also what did poor old Luke Thomas do to piss of Johnny?

i think we'll see jones fighting very safe & tentative. imagine the first DC-Jones fight but even less action. jones will get the decision.

i'm rooting for DC though. jones being a real ass this promotion cycle, more than usual.

If DC wins, how long until he retires? After the inevitable rubber match with Jones (although maybe not so inevitable) ofc.

If Jones wins, who do you want to see him fight?

Man, Jones fully transitioned into being a larger then life asshole villain.
He even added the Lex Luthor haircut.

Bummer that he is not a shittier fighter. Would feel nice if he gets destroyed Saturday.

Also fuck the people in the audience hollering his garbage.

People are to wound up on him being a dick . His only gift in this world is entertaining us in the cage and he's amazing at it . He's gonna destroy DC

Again, didn't they adopt the CSAC recommendations to record their weight 30 days and 10 days out from the fight (for the title fights)?

Which will cause Dana to have a nervous breakdown and crown himself interim LHW champion.
Dana doesn't even give a shit anymore.

He just wants the fame and attention. He has the money.

UFC is going to have a crazy bad year from a content and a revenue perspective in a negotiation year and he's off promoting a boxing card.

I get the feeling that Dana staying on as the face of the company was a requisite for the sale. Sure, he owns some sliver of the company still, but how much could he really care at this point? It's blackjack money.
