Just now getting around to watching Legacy 10:

a)
Holy shit at that superman KO. That's one of the few times I've seen the superman work and I don't think I've ever seen that devastating of a KO with it.

b)
I was kinda upset that Gerald Harris got cut from UFC at the time but I'm not anymore.

Yes friend, after this cable tv card we are going to have a month break til the next ppv or event so there will be plenty of time to recharge the batteries, or for these mma masochists to watch plenty of bad fights.

No need to recharge when we have Titan Friday and Tachi Palace Saturday, friend.

That was a ridiculous fight. And I'm just talking about the fucking tattoos here. The actual fight itself...

Bellator HW Blagoi Ivanov is fighting for his life after being stabbed in Bulgaria. :/

He beat Freddy Lenko in the semis of the 2008 Sambo championship.

Agree on the Warrior love. The actual MMA fight scenes are absolutely ridiculous and over the top, but it's a great movie regardless just based on strong characters and emotional performances.

Tom Hardy looked like he could be UFC ready within a year. I was shocked that he didn't have any fighting background whatsoever before going into shooting.

But the other brother... Joel Edgerton. Yeah he was definitely acting. Apparently he did karate as a kid (like everyone else), but it's clear that his jits was just choreographed rather than actually 'trained'.

UFC definitely need to upgrade its shows. Be a bit more like Pride when it comes to events.

Like something really showy and spectacular, before the main card and at the end. They should do some effort on the fighters introductions too.

At least during belt fights, UFC 144 was a bit disappointing, there's a new champ and all we have is a dick-short interview then a really akward post fight conference filled with seconds-long silences...

Latest Middleeasy rumour mill, usually just made up stuff but an interesting read

The rumor of Todd Duffee vs. Fedor Emelianenko going down this June in Monaco is gaining some steam.
Ruslan Karaev will likely participate in ONE FC's event in April slated for Malaysia.
Keith Kizer has apparently been inundated with emails from MMA fans that urge the Nevada State Athletic Commission to remove marijuana from their 'banned substance' list.
Former Strikeforce ring girl, Natalie Skyy, may replace Chandella Powell.
There seems to still be issues with Shinya Aoki's Bellator contract for his upcoming fight against Eddie Alvarez.
Rob Van Dam is talking to the Diaz brothers to get them in a documentary regarding marijuana called 'Boardwalk Hempire.'
Daniel Diaz, the former owner of Hitman Fight Gear is in the process of suing TapouT for alleged theft, embezzlement, tax evasion and money laundering. The lawsuit also states TapouT 'ripped off' every sponsored fighter by the company through adjusting the sale numbers of signature merchandise.
It's rumored that the winner of Chan-Sung Jung vs. Dustin Poirier and Nate Diaz vs. Jim Miller will fight, and the winner of that hypothetical match-up will be Ben Henderson's first title defense. Yeah, I know. It doesn't make any sense, but it's still heavily rumored.
Conspiracy theory alert, but it's rumored that Arianny Celeste staged the nude balcony photos to take the attention off of Chandella Powell's soft-core porn ordeal.
A fighter that recently signed to the UFC disclosed to the organization that he has 'psychic powers' and told executives that his 'power' was an unfair advantage against his opponents.
Phil Baroni was briefly contacted to replace Babalu to fight Melvin Manhoef in ONE FC 3.

Crocop said:
Hello everyone, this morning Pat Barry went to US , two weeks passed quickly, sparrings were bloody .Pat thrilled me, as a fighter as a man and if anyone is worth saying that as good as the bread that is then Pat.He is a character without any malice and he 'bought' me for life .Not to mention that he came for free in Zagreb on massacre sparrings .
2 weeks Pat left his obligations to help me . A big thank to Pat .I asked him how much I should pay to you , because such things do not work for free and they are dangerous (Pat earned a rupture of the eye), he only laughed and said
'friendship is my price. "

Crocop and Pat Barry bro-mance continues.

This has to be about Bigfoot Silva. Remember when he had the Voodoo priest in the audience to hypnotize Fedor?

Been off GAF for the weekend so I was not able to part take in some MMA talk with you guys. I just wanted to hare my thoughts on the event from this past weekend.

Edgar vs Bendo

I told you guys Bendo was going to win :p. I am a fan of both Edgar and Bendo and both fighters put on a A+ show. Both were there to fight and fight they did. This fight really has to be one of the toughest fights to judge though and could have even been a draw. Frankie scored the TD's and might have landed more, both were pushing the pace but Bendo clearly did the damage. It looked like Bendo wasn't even hurt while Frankie looks like hes been in a car crash. That up kick really sent a message to the judges IMO. Great fight and I think we should see a rubber match before the inevitable Pettis/Bendo II.

Rampage vs Bader

I never liked Bader. His look, his dumb name "Darth", his entrance music, fighting style just everything about this guys is lack luster and he couldn't even beat a 2011 Tito. This dude sucks and got lucky that even got this fight. Hes a LHW John Fitch. Im gonna call him "Big Fitch". Rampage on the other hand looked terrible. Slow, didn't engage and fat. Its a shame because he looked great for the Jones fight and a fighter like Bader does not deserve to have a win over Page. I hope Shogun smashes the fuck out of Bader.

Hunt vs Kongo

LMFAO. I knew Hunt was going to win this. Give him a big fight. I firmly believe he can beat Carwin, Cain and Mir. I don't think he can get past Werdum or Big Nog though. Great to see Hunto get the W. I marked out big time. lol. Hes a serious threat to this division.
