Fellas I just impulse bought some tickets to see Blackstar perform.
It's on Saturday so I'm going to miss yet again another UFC event. I haven't seen one live or joined the nerd chat for the last couple months and when i do have time, this came up :/

Lol? Barnett was roided to the gill when he beat Randy and ousted from the UFC. Barnett struggled the entire fight as well.
Barnett never beat a HW worth a damn except Nog in a close fight in which he lost the rematch right after.
Tito also happened to beat the guy who obliterated your Pride poster boy in less than a minute. Prime Tito would beat any version of Wand.

Don't get me wrong, Tito and Arlovski are definitely overrated, but not as much as their Pride counterparts.
Randy's best HW win? Maybe Coleman. Sorry, but Randy was nothing elite. I'd put him at MAAAAYBE 8-10 on the HW scale. Fedor, CC, Nog (he did) would have killed him.
Obliterated? what fight were you watching? Wand hurt him more and Tito won a close decision. Also take this as you will, but Tito lost to Arona in a grappling match.
Pat Barry>> Brett Rogers. AA got KO'd by Brett Fucking Rogers in 9 seconds and struggled with Rothwell and barley beat Nelson. I'd take Nelson in a rematch vs AA. As bad as CC fell off, AA struggled with local guys like Travis Fulton. Any CC beats any AA, in cage or ring. If AA fought the Pride guys he would be on Alex E's level based on Sergei KOing him in the first round, in a cage. Same Sergei that got dominated by Barnett.

Pretty risky for Werdum to jump into Strikeforce for this fight when he is so close to a title shot. I think Arlovski would be perfect or maybe even Sergi, if they would sign him to the UFC after the fight.

Have you seen Cro Cop's recent MMA fights?! The dude is broken.
He's afraid to hit, so he just circles, gets hit, and pushes his opponent away until he ultimately gets knocked out.
The few moments where he actually does decide to attack his opponents show how good he was/could still be (Pat Barry, Roy Nelson, Dos Santos), but he's too far gone at this point. Dude shoudn't be fighting at all.

Sure Randy hasn't had that much success at HW aside from beating Gonzaga and Sylvia. But he did beat Tito and Chuck at LHW where he had the most success at. No one considers Randy "elite". I just claimed he wasn't as overrated as you made him out to be.

I think I gotta give the very, very slight edge to Bisping. Bisping's striking is more sophisticated than Stann's power bombs and I think he's just all around more rounded. Although I'll say Stann has stronger punches, I just feel Bisping will get the win (via decision).
