Mobile Suit Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans S2TEKKADAN is MURDERERS, HAIL GHALLARJORN

Mika would destroy her. Unless she does use the AV system, but even then Mika destroys her with experience alone.

Never said he wouldn't. Just that there aren't really any more named pilots on that side, so while the end game is going to be fleet civil war anyway, the pilot pairings will probably be like I said.

To clarify, and hinted at in the convo between the female mechanic and Julia, Julia is going to be Rustal's Ein. She keeps on saying she wants to be his sword. What better way than to become Gundam.

I dunno about this, Rustal always seemed like the fleet commander type rather than the pilot type. He also seems to "get" that everyone has their own abilities and people should be placed to best make use of them.

OMG this episode was amazing! McGillis had a bad life yo! Gaelio/Vidar looks boss with that scar! I did not expect the name Ein to be menacing again and Mika was outmatched in a single episode, from OP-tier to third place, no way is Bael/McGillis beneath Barbatos, too much hype for that Gundam from the looks of all the top people at Gjallarhorn.

Man I really don't know who I should side on, Gaelio is more honorable and better person in every way compared to McGillis, he also isn't racist anymore to AV system folks like Tekkadan but man I don't want team Iok to win. I also don't want Tekkadan to die, hopefully Rustal and McGillis knock each other out and that leaves Gaelio + Tekkadan to govern. 10/10 episode, the hype is real!

Fair point, but I'm 100% sure Julia is going to end up like Ein. Previous episode hinted at her giving up her humanity. She's too old for the operation, so she'll end up like Ein. She might be like Ein 1.0, but to me it makes more sense for her too become a brain in jar in a gundam. Somebody has to pilot that and the only named guy I see doing that is Rustal.

Edit: fuck, watch it be Lok...

I'm adding to Orga-BarbatosMika Rustal in Julia. Makes way too much sense.

Edit: last fight will be 2v2, Gaelio/Vidar/Ein + Rustal/Julia/Julia vs. Fareed/Bael/AK + Orga/Barbatos/Mika

I guess Mika becoming one with Barbatos would be the catalyst for Orga to finally pilot a mobile suit.

I thought dying made you look worse, not better.

At this point either Mika goes Ein 2.0. or they pull something like "Galigali is not able to handle teh Ein" or some bullshit like that.

at this rate Gali's sister is going to get more screen time then Kudellia in S2

judging by the preview

It looks like she
got shot in the chest.

The more I look at it. The more Bael looks like Xenogears rather than Hi-Nu or Tallgeese III.

I think it looks like Valimar/Ordine.

Galieo had one hell of a "protagonist" speech in his dialogue with McGillis. It will be interesting to see exactly how they play it out from here, but I'm glad they have kept to Gaelio as the one honourable dude.

Dude is OK with attacking children, dude is OK with massacring colony workers, dude is OK with unleashing a living warcrime on a city, dude is OK with Dainsleif being used to kill people who are trying to escape.

You sure have a strange idea about what 'honour' is. For GaliGali if his side is doing some effed up shit, it's all good.

This was the first time I was disappointed by Mika's grandiose appearance. I wanted Galigali to put the beats on Chocolate.

To be fair, people have died for not taking Tekkadan seriously on account for them being children. The Dort stuff was fucked up, but... I don't think Ein-bot going crazy in a middle of the city was his plan (in fact, it wasn't at all; Ein just went nuts at the mere mention of Kudelia's name and Gali was kinda too busy being betrayed to death by Chocolate Man), and he wasn't even there for the Dainsleif stuff with the Turbines (which was entirely Iok's plan at that).

I'm quite sure the only reason half the people are still following this show is to see Iok get it. The writers are probably dragging that shit out for as long as possible.

edit: More like 3/4 of the audience tbh

- its facetious to consider Tekkadan as mere children considering the number of people they themselves have killed
- Gaelio himself was opposed to the Dort operation and even called it out (I'm on iPad so I'll link to his exact words in a bit)
Edit: he displays discontent at Gjallarhorn's plan in Ep16 15:30-15:42, and explicitly calls it out in Ep17 05:00-06:02 and refuses to participate
- In the S2 suppression of the colony armed forces in ep 34, you actually see him avoid killing most of the combatants. Who else in the show can you say that of so far?
- if the war crime you are talking about is roboEin, he was sent to fight Tekkadan, who at the time were armed rebels, he did nothing to anyone in the city and it had already long been evacuated. if it was the Mobile Armor, then again Gaelio has nothing to do with that.
- Gaelio was never involved with anything to do with Dainsleif, framing Turbines or the attack on them.

If you want to debate the merits and morality of all the different factions then thats fine, but Gaelio himself is easily the least shitty of all the major players and that's a fact. The episodes are free online and anyone can watch to see that what you say he did or was involved in didn't happen the way you think it did.

It's difficult to decipher who exactly is going to die next episode, I'd probably bet on Gaelio since he came off as the hero this episode, and the show has never really promoted the righteous hero before.

That would be somewhat anticlimactic unless it finally sets up Charcolate being end boss for the remainder of the series.

Ending is gonna be Merribit and him standing over the graves of all the Tekkadan members. We gonna go kinda Ideon on this shit.

I'm assuming it will be this + Kudelia + the younger tekkadan kids who Kudelia can put back into school and either Gaelio or Rustal (but not both). If Rustal dies then Julietta survives in a "wth am i supposed to live for now" type of ending for her

Also re-watching and listening to the Chief Technician's description, you get the impression that maybe the weakness of the AV Type-E is that its designed for focusing on taking down a single target - and is optimised for that type of one on one combat.

I told you all to root for Merribit last season as the voice of reason and all you laughed at me, wanting the kids to keep fighting. That was one of the last bastions of sanity before the entire group went insane.

It's crazy that we still have Tekkadan loyalists here.

You'd think people would see the light seeing as I'm literally giving you Sunrise and Bandai Namco's stance on the character in the series.

Like Kudelia in particular should have known better seeing as she pushed and advocated for education to improve their lives, but went ahead and enabled their behavior and also profited from it.

Kudelia is the opposite of what she was meant to portray as a maiden of revolution and in turn, becomes as corrupt as anyone else but continues to play the naive card.

I think I made fun of you because I felt she was too idealistic a character and that it was stupid to tell them to stop when they were making a business out of killing to begin with. But you were right. I was blinded by the charisma Orga had because it seemed like he was just motivating them for a mission they needed to complete. At the time it was a mission for peace and a better life for Martians. But it was truly a slippery slope. What is for peace today, could be for genocide tomorrow. Tekkadan has no filter, knows no limits, and have no morals. They were children without proper adults, and by ignoring Merribit, we ignored their potential salvation. Now it is too late and the mad dogs must be put down. :(

Kudelia is a psychopath

she not only encouraged them to go done the crazy route she basically made them do even more crazier things

and for what so that she can get her company and some mafia like connections and then live off of that

at least McGills expresses his intentions at time even though he is the dude that is suppose to be mentally wearing a mask

Kudelia isn't a psychopath, she's just an inexperienced revolutionary. That's not to excuse her actions and the consequences they have, but she's not doing these things just because she wants to without any consideration or understanding for empathy. Revolutionists in history tend not to be really nice people or clean and innocent. They get support from fringe elements and use the threat of force to improve the lives they feel need improving. Isn't not psychopathic.

Mika is the psychopath. He truly has no understanding of emotions and doesn't care. Everything he does is a means to an end, and he has no value for human life. He loves Orga because he gives simple instructions he is good at following.

No problemo. Gali Gali can still win and Iok can still die lol.

I hope to god that not Guts end Iok's life there.^^

I can't wait to see her died when she just mentioned she is pregnant with the mechanic baby lol.^^ We need that Ideon style ending.^^

Gali should've went and kidnapped his sister when he had the chance

now death flags are likely all over her

Why do you take away ur secret trump card there lol.^^ THe loli is going to slay Choco Otoko from behind lol.^^

Why does Gaelio need to be plugged in with that neckjack if Ein's brain technically does all the work? I guess they want a human to be able to take control in case Ein goes haywire again, but couldn't he do that will the normal MS controls?

Truly the word of people who is enjoying the stability lol. If you said that to the people who are actually suffering, u are going to get hack to dead lol.^^

To those who had loses everything, it is always a gamble for a much better life. For us stability maybe good if we still had things to protect. However for Tekkadan who had nothing, that is their only way.^^

The Gjallarhorn elders mentioned that it's dangerous to activate Bael. What if Bael's secret ability allows it to remotely control MAs? That the Calamity War was really just a farce and was a way for the Gjallarhorn founder Agnika to obtain absolute power. He was the one who created the MAs causing worldwide chaos. Then he founded Gjallarhorn and destroys the MAs with the Gundam types.

I always thought that it was weird that a MA and Gundam frame were found undamaged in close proximity to each given their history. Perhaps they were left abandoned as part of a cover up since they aren't needed anymore after the war.

A waifu.^^

Difficult to argue.

Ein wasn't even a good pilot to begin with.

This fucking show...

A poor pilot with a misguided sense of vengeance.
He wanted to avenge someone who openly challenged the new Tekkadan knowing that death was a possibility, and as such every time Ein went on about wanting to kill them, was really insulting his former commander's memory in doing so.
