I mean it’s why arcades were so big. The machines were everywhere and many people whom I’m sure never bought a console played and spent a ton on them.

The operated on the same damn model too. Artificial difficulty that the owner could actually adjust to get more quarters. Mobile is no different.

This isn’t some new phenomenon and it was always a bad business decision to start spending as much as it takes to create a full feature length movie on a video game with employee lists in the hundreds if not thousands.
