Well Toga does seem open minded and probably needed a lot of blood and does seem to have a blood fetish

I suppose...

I think she is dead or captured. Maybe Shinketsu covered up the news to not end up like UA?

Either way Deku knows that something happenned, maybe we get info about her after this arc.

99% chance she is dead.

That body was too good for Deku's world. I really wonder what her personality was like since her classmates noticed she acted different. At the same time, when morphed, how the fuck does Toga keep her craziness dialed down.

Crazy villains are weird, they do whatever they need to when the mood strikes them.

so since quirks are genetic and children can inherit some form of their parents' quirks, how come one for all holders don't have kids and make more super babies so there can be a squad of godlike heroes instead of just one?

Because they're not Endeavor.

I assume that it's because they're so important and so busy doing other things that they just don't have the time to find someone and raise a child.

Does make me wonder, though - would the transfer be even more powerful going from parent -> child, since the transfer works through DNA? One can only wonder...

I'm going to guess that was tried. Shigaraki would have One for All if this was true.

I think only the original holder would be able to pass OFA to his children, his power is very close to his brother so we know that has something to do with his genes

Uraraka doesn't

She does however handle things with her pinky out to avoid triggering her powers, and look that extra bit adorable.

With regards to Camie, I feel like whatever happened to her will massively affect how the series treats Toga. If the Villains have her held hostage and are supplying Toga the blood from there, that allows the series to continue playing her as twisted, but sweet in her own way. If they're dead however and it was Toga who personally drained every ounce of blood from their body, then she is in dire need of a Smash to the face.

Yeah but she doesn't have OCD like the villains is what I meant

I mean Toga is already a serial killer (or at least a mass murderer) I think we are forgetting that

Yeah, Toga is a known serial killer without even a known twisted reason. She isn't Stain.

That I get, but well, the series has kinda leveraged the fact we've not really seen her victims, leaving people to focus more on her cutesy reactions than the reality of what she is. Even if we never see the real Camie, we know her place within the setting, and the potential impact of her loss on the people around her. Hence I feel whether or not such is an actual loss will determine the treatment of the character.

We did see her kill someone but I get what you mean

My memory must be failing me... unless you mean her victim from when she first appears?

Thinking on it in hindsight, that method feels... weird for her. Not stabby enough.

Guessing Hiroshiki didn't have a full plan yer
She's already in dire need of one.
Knowing her she would probably enjoy it and lick her own blood

Small prediction after Kai mentions their development of the bullets. Maybe after this arc we will see the development of a "Civil War" story-line.
If the authorities get control over Eri, i could see them thinking about using her blood to deactivate the quirks of dangerous, captured villains and criminals as punishment. This would of course split the hero society and human society in general, if this sentence would be ethical at all.

I could see, the police and government supporting this idea, while the heroes in the majority oppose it. Maybe we will even see a split between the classmates.

This is the kind of Toga posts I want to see in this thread. Not those other "Oh shes a muuuuurder" or "Oh shes craaaaaaaaaazy" or "Oh she probably has a torture basemeeeeeeeeeent"
You guys are insane

Deku: Sorry he's my friend
Kacchan: so was I

In seriousness that could be an interesting development in the future.

Though it's a bit early for this probably down the line

i typically find deku incredibly boring and annoying, but he would win me over if he had his eyes on toga and tried to wife her

e: bonus points if he hooks up with ochako first, but then tosses her aside for toga

I would say you're not supposed to pit your meat in sick taco but she's not legal

And she would probably cut it off

#NotMyFetish

People dont want Shigaraki Tomura to be the focus, however they love league of villains characters like Toga...confusing and odd.

Considering her archetype, I have no idea how anyone would be confused as to why people like her. Especially when compared to a villain that's clearly going to be a slow burn.

Toga is the Pudding That Should Have Been.

Shiggy is just like deku. His character and intentions are developing along the series. Toga is a character that is already built and every character development is in the form of learning what her true intentions are.

Toga is Hero's Harley Quinn but she is a poor mans choice compared to Uraraka.

I really hope that the next arc focuses on her after this Yakuza thing.

We have had Todoroki, Iida, Bakugo and Kirishima focus so far so its about time the girls get some focus. Tsuyu technically got some focus too but nothing resembling a character arc.

As for the current chapters. I feel that this will be a good test of Mirio's resolve of becoming a Hero and that Deku shouldn't feel guilty at all but he probably will in the end.

The question is if Nighteye will really be scummy and attempt to bully Deku into giving up OFA.

Also this upcoming fight might just unlock the next tier of OFA power with Deku possibly breaking 10% so that would be exciting.

The anime has finally reached the point in the story where I start to lose some of the interest I had in Uraraka as a character.
Uraraka was barely a character before this point tho.
It will take time before her current character arc finishes. Just because Iida and Todoroki had quick character arcs it doesn't mean everyone will have too. Look at Bakugou, his arc took almost 100 chapters to have a conclusion. Between it we had many people calling him sasuke 2.

The problem with that is I find Bakugou and Todoroki to be interesting. Bakugou gets moments throughout the manga. While Uraraka's only high point was her match in the festival arc and she doesn't get to do much afterwards.

You know damn well it was

Sigh, I agree, thought there'd be big things for her after her fight against Bakugou. But nope, nothing.

Momo had better moments than her. I would argue that she tracking the noumu is the biggest thing a female character did in the manga. And between the class 1-A students only Iida, Kirishima and the top 3 had better moments.
I also like that after her fight against Aizawa she basically became the top student by being one the first ones to complete the first part of the license exam and having the best score in the second part.

In that regard, the manga has slightly fallen into the trap of overly favouring characters who 'most fit' the situation, which well, in the rescue arc favoured the top students (+ Kirishima), and in this arc has primarily favoured more physical fighters - that is to say, the dudes. At level it makes some sense especially as most of them are established characters, but it does mean some opportunities are missed. I feel like Uravity or Tsuyu would have both been interesting people, given their high emphasis on movement, to be trapped in a confined yet ever shifting space.

Well I'm not pitting the female characters against one another. I just simply really liked Uraraka since that chapter, and am disappointed she has done very little since.

Uraraka has been developing more emotionally than as a character. Its interesting how she is struggling with her feelings about Deku. She hasn't had a noteworthy scene since the training camp and I was pretty disappointed that she didn't go to help the gang save Bakugo. But hopefully this means she will get her chance to shine soon.

I am a not huge fan of hers but I can understand. I think the problem is that even as background character she dosnt feel important. Compare her to Iida, he didn't do much after the rescue arc but every time he appears you can feel he is doing his job as class rep or surports Deku as his best friend. I think she needs something tha give her some agency like Iida being class rep or Momo being vice rep.

I think the difference is that Bakugo, over the first 120 chapters or so, frequently had moments building up to the conclusion of his arc. Pretty much every significant arc had some moment that gave us greater insight into Bakugo's complex or pushed him further into a shifted attitude. At the very least his presence is felt. With Uraraka we've learned some establishing facts in the spring tournament about her background and motivations for being a hero but I don't think those have been touched on again. Instead I think all we've gotten from her are three instances of someone suggesting that she has feelings for Deku (Aoyama, Toga, Tsuyu? or maybe just Uraraka herself). And though these interactions set up a future plot point, they don't really make her a compelling character. While her relationship with Deku will probably be important as the series goes on, I don't think that will be the only development Horikoshi gives Urakaka, or at least I hope not anyways. I would imagine that we would need her to stand on her own as a character before they pair up, or maybe the spring tournament was it since it tackles those ideas but I would hope for something more notable lol. I thought we'd get the start of something from her this arc but she has been MIA haha.

I wouldn't be surprised if we get a Uraraka's character arc that is "quick" like Tenya/Todoroki at some point in addition to the deku thing going on.

I'm not sure Bakugou's development is even really an "arc" - it's more him being in his toxic introverted bubble until he completely cracks after the raid. At that point, he retroactively becomes a much more interesting character because a) you can now understand him a lot better and b) he actually does start to develop as a character at that point.

To be honest he still has a way to go too, and equally affected by being shuffled into the background for this arc.

Kind of a downside to having a cast this large and varied really. Even if it makes sense for the setting, there's also only so many instances where you can have all the characters altogether, so somebody has to lose out.
