I'm playing n8BitMan right now, but something weird happened. It said there was a new turn, but when I loaded it, it loaded the previous turn. Now I can try to prime again, but it won't accept it because I already sent a turn.

Also talking about today, the MLP convention starts today nearby Hasbro. It's ran by collectors of the toys, so it's mostly about the classic toys... but who knows what kind of crowd is going to show up. Living in RI and liking the ponies, I might go investigate.

No I didn't buy any tickets. There was supposedly a tour of Hasbro I could have signed up, but it was too late before I knew about all this. I wouldn't mind that, but the rest of the events sound... meh.

Edit: Actually, the Hasbro Designers’ Seminar sounds interesting. Didn't see that before.

I'm so glad I was introduced to this show. I can't think of a cartoon, or any TV show for that matter, that makes me cry as much as this.

That's funny, Facebook was exactly my weapon of choice to infect many of my friends with the pony virus. It worked wonderfully.

The gulf between easy and medium is massive. I guess there's a balance to be struck between towers, tower upgrades, and weapon upgrades I don't quite grasp yet.

I have to say, I'm REALLY impressed with how much crazy shit this fanbase made out of a show about little magical ponies.
It's also impressive how the creators of this show attracted one of the most unlikely audiences.

That's fine, it's just that it freaked out like I said :p

Then for the rest of the night, it claimed we were on turn 3 even though it only played turn 1. When I log in now, though, it seems to be correct again.

I won't be able to play until sometime this afternoon, though.


By the way, more people should buy Guardian of Light before the sale on it ends. It's a really great game, and of all the people here on my friends list, only Myke has it :p

Edit: Actually, the store page says Captain Fish and naricat have it too. Why does the library page not? :p

Just bought it. I was really sitting on the fence on this one, because I'm not sure my laptop can handle it, but finally thought "to hell with prudence" and took the plunge.

I actually went back and bought all the DLC for it after playing it a bit.

It's sort of a dual-stick shooter, but it's more about puzzle-solving than guy-shooting.
