So I heard this was the cool place to come for Ponyfriends. Walked into my Calculus class last week wearing a Fluttershy shirt and mean mugged the shit out of any one who wanted to say something stupid. Go Applejack whoo!

I don't have the patience to read it as it comes out (nevermind the patience required to make something like it), so please wake me when it's finished, and I'll probably have a fuller opinion. But don't be surprised if my "full" opinion is just "I enjoyed it."
I'm pretty sure Hito was referring to Razek. He was a young NeoGaffer/PonyGaffer, and we all liked him, and like you, he apparently tagged himself as a NeoGaffer on Steam... but then Evilore gunned him down kind of randomly.
That's why Hito had the sad face, and why he said that being a NeoGaffer isn't something that any of us can entirely control.
Not sure how random Razek's banning was, he was rather confrontational in the "den of cunts" thread and even accused the moderation or making rape jokes.
Anyway, I checked and neither "linkman" nor "link_man" are taken, but unfortunately I cannot change that now. Oh well, I think I can try to avoid being banned, as I've learned not to be too confrontational (and not to post borderline mlporn ).

Probably the best option outside of Norio Wakamoto. He's working Kyoryuger right now, and he's brought tons of excitement to that, voice wise. Coupled with his previous roles, I think he'll be good, and a nice fit at that.
As I am sure many of you are well aware, My Little Pony #11 came out this past Wednesday. I would like to preface this review by saying that I do not have the inherit hatred of Cadence and Shining Armor that many of the fans harbor towards these two characters. Coming into Pony late, I missed the drama about Cadence being an Alicorn and Shining Armor being Twilight's convenient brother-from-out-of-nowhere. Perhaps if I was a fan when Canterlot Wedding first aired I would have joined in the ravenous dislike of these two, but since I missed it, I find these characters to be fine. Boring. But fine. My biggest problem with these two is just that they are devoid of any kind of personality. They are just too perfect, with seemingly no inherent flaws that make them relatable in any sort of way.
So, when I heard that they were doing a "how they first met" story for them in the comic, I wasn't exactly excited. But once again, Katie Cook and Andy Price prove themselves to be the best creative team in the comics. Katie Cook seems to pull off the impossible: she gives Shining Armor a personality. Unfortunately Cadence isn't developed nearly as much as Shining Armor, but I have feeling #12 will flesh her out much better.
The comic is told mostly in flash back, through Shining Armor's perspective. We learn he is a huge nerd, that plays role playing games with his equally geeky friends. I actually liked this approach as it breaks the stereotype of Shining Armor that I had in my head. The show portrays him as always at the top: Captain of the Guard, co-ruler of the Crystal Empire, most awesome brother ever and so on. But here he is a shy, awkward dork that makes me instantly like him way more than I ever did on the show. This portrayal actually leaves some room for him to grow.
The story that follows is a typical high school comedy, complete with cliche bullies and guys trying to date girls way out of their league. And I couldn't have loved it more. Despite the familiar premise, Cook and Price jam pack these pages with so many clever sight gags and witty jokes that it actually feels fresh, especially for Pony which hasn't done this type of story before.
Likes:
-The art. When I first started reading the comic, I didn't really like Andy Price's art. For the life of me, I don't know why I would think that. I love his stuff now, and each issue just keeps getting better and better.
-This issue changed my perspective on Shining Armor. He actually has some character now.
-Cook, taking a jab at Shining Armor when one of his friends tells him: "you have no personality."
-Vinyl getting her cutie mark!
-The entire polo game was hilarious.
-One of his friends is named "Gaffer." Could it be a reference?
-Shining Armor's super awkward "hello" to Cadence followed by "nailed it."
-Apple Jack because it's Apple Jack.
Dislikes:
It ended. And now I have to wait another month for #12.
-Kinda wish Cadence got the same treatment as Shining Armor, but it hints that #12 will be told from her perspective. Here's hoping she gets some personality too!
So, it was great! Can't wait for next month! Also, if any of you like the show and haven't read the comic...what are you waiting for? It's awesome! Don't make baby Luna cry by skipping the comic!

Thought I'd post this here for giggles, but Mighty Number 9, the Mega Man successor on Kickstarter right now, is having a poll for the design of the new heroine, and one if them looks very Pony inspired.
Most people are rooting for E and F, but seeing C winning would be funny (and it actually looks like it would be fun gameplay-wise than just a Roll expy)

Hey, don't get me wrong I'm all for "Roll Call". Roll is my main in Tatsunoko vs Capcom. I just think playing as a Pony in an MM like game would be pretty sweet and sounds like a lot of fun.
