Also, every time I see just Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie, I'm reminded that including those two was really the only initial requirement Hasbro gave Lauren when she started out.

Damn, I had just set up rotating avatars :(

I had even chosen napping Derpy partially because the animation was pretty mellow and not distracting. Ah well.

I'll join back with Starcraft-GAF once Heart of the Swarm comes out. I've got a gajillion games that I want to play and I'm the kind of guy that wants to finish everything. I'm sure there's also quite a bit of overlap with Diablo III-GAF, and they'll see me when that comes out.

Minecraft-GAF will have to get used to me not being around. I was developing an unhealthy addition to the game when ultimately there was so much about it I didn't like. If you want to know more, take a peak inside the release date thread.

Oh well, I'll miss all those animated pony avatars... you guys should make a small compendium (maybe in first page) of all the avatars you used.

My new computer needs to go into tech support to figure out which part has malfunctioned, and I've just realized that one of the few personalizations I did during the two initial days it was working was set a Rainbow Dash wallpaper.

I'm not sure whether I want to be there to receive weird looks while they fix it, or just get them when I pick the PC up later.

Probably because Pinkie has so much better poses and crazy situations, I mean, the best picture of Twilight I could get in a static position is reading a book. :p

A lot of people seem to think that our existence revolves entirely around images, and that without them we'll have no reason to live or something :p

It's true that we put a lot of animated avatars out there, but I think it's mostly because the show is so well-suited to making them.
