Anyone can report anything on Youtube, claiming to be whoever they want. Youtube will err on the side of caution and remove anything if the claim is even slightly reasonable (which it would be for Hasbro on these channels).

Bah, I watched an EP from MAST3RLINKX just hours ago. It could have easily not been Hasbro's doing. If it was Hasbro, this does not bode well for any involved party. I hope MLP gets a Blu-ray release; I'm not willing to pay $3/EP that is linked to my iTunes account.

The episodes going down isn't the worst thing, they're easy enough to find elsewhere. But they should really look the other way for any of the fan edited videos.
There's a lot that's fishy about this, so it wouldn't suprise me at all if it were a false claim.

I like Madoka just fine, but I wouldn't say it is all that unique, it's pretty dark, but it's just Shaft being Shaft - it is an interesting take on mahou syojyo, but not one that is too far beyond what has been established in prior series.
