Ugh. Everyone thinks this should be a 1 sided domination of a fight, so if it turns out that their evenly matched, people are going to bitch and moan foreverevereverever.

I just don't see how everyone got the idea Naruto is on another level than Sasuke. It's like you guys want this fight to be lopsided as fuck :/.

I'm ready for greatness.

I fully expect Kishimoto to nerf Naruto to make this into an actual fight, so while I'll probably complain, I do know why it's necessary. That being said, Naruto should be able to demolish Sasuke like literally nothing.

Naruto surpassed Sasuke after learning Sage Mode. They both then got their respective power ups of KCM and EMS. KCM has much, much more impressive feats, allowing Naruto to outpace A and create Kage buster clones as well as spam destructive jutsu. EMS Sasuke's greatest feat is a full-bodied Susanoo, something KCM Naruto could destroy no problem, and him along with it.

Naruto got an additional two power ups over Sasuke, BM and BMS, both of which made him exponentially more powerful. In BM he was so fast he appeared to be using teleportation through sheer speed alone. He could even deflect five fully sized Bijūdama in a flash, singlehandedly stomp five bijū simultaneously, and could cross an entire battlefield in no time at all. On top of this he could still use clones that could use Sage Mode and KCM, and he could spam Bijūdama.

With Bijū Sage Mode, his jutsu became even stronger. So that makes two power ups.

Meanwhile Sasuke was still same old EMS Sasuke.

Then they both got their latest power ups, and this is when the gap seemed to have gotten even bigger, imo, as Naruto obtained the power of all nine bijū, including Lava Release, Magnet Release, and Kokuō's enhanced taijutsu. He was pretty much going at Kaguya solo while Sasuke kept getting knocked around, even with his PS, which was destroyed twice if I recall. Teleportation didn't do shit for Sasuke either when he tried to fight because his actual physical speed wasn't enough. The one time he had a direct blow on Kaguya with his Susanoo's sword, it literally did nothing.

That's the general low down. Naruto has overwhelming speed, strength, endurance and stamina. He's like an unpredictable wrecking ball in a China shop that is Sasuke, who has no way of keeping up physically in any regard and has no real defence outside of Susanoo - something Naruto could destroy with his bare hands.

So long as Naruto can pull this jutsu off with ease

Naruto has the 9 tails and nature on his side both are pretty insane in their own right. Going to toss sage mode out because I assume he lost it. Because honestly, if he does have it, it wouldn't be a fight. Sage mode naruto is a walking god, he doesn't even have to see a attack, his body just moves on its own. Wouldn't be fair to Sasuke.

Sasuke has perfect or damn near perfect sharigan control with all its powers that come with it.

Naruto should be able to blitz Sasuke easily with KC Mode. His strength would also be increased thanks to it. Sage mode allows him to react to any high speed attacks. Thanks to Kurama, he would be immune to Genjutsu, and Rasenshuriken would mop up Sasuke as long as Susano isn't in play. His usage of Shadow clones and mastery of it would keep Sasuke on his toes.

Sasuke might have a Rinnegan, but Naruto has fought users with it before, and knows it's tech. Naruto can dodge Amaterasu, and Susano can be countered with the TB form. Nothing Sasuke has at this point (no asspulls taken into account) can be helpful or give him the advantage over Naruto.

i. Speed has pretty much never won somebody a fight in this manga. He's not going to blitz Sasuke.

ii. The rinnegans ability to see and read chakra allows Sasuke to anticipate and react to attacks the same way that sage mode does.

iii. Sasuke can use his eyes to surpress Kurama's chakra to take him out of the fight.

iv. Naruto's most common attacks like the rasen shuriken, and the chakra arms won't work if sasuke has the gakido ability.

v. Naruto has fought Rinnegan users before but he hasn't beaten any 1v1

vi. Sasuke won't use Amaterasu, he'll use Kagutsuchi

vii. Naruto is powerful for sure, but a fight to the death isn't just about power.

I'm not trying to say Sasuke is going to win, but if you're expecting a repeat of Hinata vs Pain you're going to be dissapointed.

How was Pain nerfed? Naruto wasn't fresh when he arrived, and he literally heard about Pain's abilities during the fight, meaning he had little time to prepare.

Sage Mode Naruto wasn't as strong as Pain, but he was definitely stronger than Sasuke. FRS would have been more than enough to destroy Sasuke.

Post-Danzō fight Sasuke was on par with Kyūbi Chakra Mode Naruto; Enton: Kagutsuchi along with cloaked Susanoō and Enton: Susanoō Kagutsuchi arguably gave him an edge against Naruto's heavy hitters at that point. Keep in mind that most of what we saw from Sasuke with the Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan before the full-bodied Susanoō should have been possible for him with his original Mangekyō Sharingan; all the Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan afforded him until that point was perfectly restored vision and aesthetic changes to his cloaked Susanoō.

Bijū Mode created another gap, but Sasuke with the Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan had the potential to invoke "perfect" Susanoō before he acquired the Rinnegan(and we actually saw it used in tandem with Naruto's Bijū Mode) to level the playing field.

But what really made the difference was Bijū Sennin Mode; Kishimoto may have alluded to Sasuke's aptitude for Senjutsu and surpassing Madara, but he had no realistic answer to Bijū Sennin Mode back then; and we even saw him react to the difference... Gap has only widened since their meeting with Hagoromo.

It may happen, but it's not like Naruto has to be nerfed for this to be a good fight. Rather, Sasuke could be buffed... Which is actually already happening. >_>

Now when you consider that all of this back 'n forth power scaling has happened within the past few days, it's kind of funny.

After the end of the epic fight I want Naruto standing over a bloody and beaten Sasuke, Sasuke asks Naruto to kill him and to lead the ninja world his way. End of chapter cliffhanger. Then the next chapter begins with Naruto willing to take his own life because he says he won't be the one to make the Uchiha extinct. It's all or nothing. They either work together or he takes his own life, he says this knowing Sasuke couldn't live with himself winning that way. Either they both work together to set everything right or nothing happens. Hashirama style. They agree. Except the difference being they actually succeed where Madara and Hashirama failed.

The problem I have with retreading this is that there's no question Naruto would do the same thing as Hashirama. But as Madara rightfully pointed at, and as Hashirama told Sasuke, Madara later realized he should have asked Hashirama to kill Tobirama to truly test his will. I'm not sure what Hashirama would have done in that scenario. I'm not sure what the translation of that request would be in the current situation though.

Maybe they draw or Naruto is beaten, and Sasuke says the only way he will stop is if Naruto kills him. I could see Sasuke having a death wish if he internalized the idea of the Uchiha clan being cursed; having him die removes the last source of corruption so to speak. Either way, it's too much of a Lucas-rhyming callback for my tastes.

Does anyone remember that show about the robot person whose arch-nemesis bad guy dude wants to do nothing but remove robot dudes humanity and turn him into a killer, only to succeed and get killed by the robot dude in the end? Does anyone remember that show about the robot person whose arch-nemesis bad guy dude wants to do nothing but remove robot dudes humanity and turn him into a killer, only to succeed and get killed by the robot dude in the end? The problem I have with retreading this is that there's no question Naruto would do the same thing as Hashirama. But as Madara rightfully pointed at, and as Hashirama told Sasuke, Madara later realized he should have asked Hashirama to kill Tobirama to truly test his will. I'm not sure what Hashirama would have done in that scenario. I'm not sure what the translation of that request would be in the current situation though.

Maybe they draw or Naruto is beaten, and Sasuke says the only way he will stop is if Naruto kills him. I could see Sasuke having a death wish if he internalized the idea of the Uchiha clan being cursed; having him die removes the last source of corruption so to speak. Either way, it's too much of a Lucas-rhyming callback for my tastes.

Well it doesn't have to be a complete retread, just a parallel of some kind. Also you know what would be a similar request in this scenario? Or at least close enough. If Sasuke says Naruto has to give up his dream of becoming Hokage. They lead together under some other name or no one leads at all.

Honestly, there are so many possibilities it'll be interesting to see what sasuke and naruto say to each other during the fight. I'm just as hyped for the talking as I am for the fighting
