So pleasant...

Yes, the people you've asked (I imagine I'm not included though), and you mentioned a wiki earlier (wiki are only as reliable as their most recent or stubborn editors).
Thing is, the books themselves say otherwise.
But if you really insist on being wrong, well...

I already did. It's hardly my fault if you choose to ignore it (or call shueisha.co.jp "some obscure site").

You have produced zero evidence. None whatsoever. I'm done wasting my time with you.

I recommend you look up what the word obscure means as that site you linked fits the definition perfectly.

Not that I have any stake in this matter at all or wish to offend anyone, but I am curious if you have any Japanese sources that confirm that Kishimoto himself directly wrote everything in the guidebooks. I only ask because the (non-obscure) Japanese sources seem to corroborate what Erigu is saying, such as the ones he mentioned. Maybe some of his work is made unintentionally ambiguous or misleading following the editing process.

The Last is getting some really good fanart.

People that actually buy the books and put their translations all claim Kishimoto writes the books. A quick google search will reveal that, as well as the fact Kishimoto is listed as the actual author of the books.

Well, they're wrong. Not sure how they managed to get that wrong, really (maybe they only read parts of those books?), but they did, somehow.

I just want Kakashi's Susanoo to be better than Sasuke's. Sasuke talk a lot of shit but he had being saved more times than Sakura in this fight.

So it looks like this might be the end of Kaguya, well humanish looking Kaguya.
She involuntary transformed into a giant blob monster because of Naruto's attack, that's not a good sign for her.

So far she has been really disappointing. I mean I like her moveset, and her appearance, but she is just not threatening at all. I never felt Naruto was ever in any real danger, he was almost always in control of the fight.
Honestly, it didn't even feel like he was taking her that seriously until she killed Obito, and then he just straight two shot her, in ridiculous fashion.

This war arc has just gone on for way too damn long.

Ever since coming back from the dead, Naruto is so freaking strong that I feel everyone is safe. The problem was that I felt the same before, I remember when he died. Things turn grim really really far. If he gets take out there's no more hope, it makes complete sense what Black Zetsu said, he needs to die at all cost or else their plan is screwed.

I wonder of Susanoo's Kamui will match his size. I want some Galaxy opening shit.

I keep thinking that the thing that bothers me to this day is the fight of tobi/obito vs yondaime. How the hell did he get so powerful (almost the same as he was before getting the rinnegan back from nagato) in such a short time? When he died he had just awakened the sharingan and 2 years later (more or less since we don't get an exact time reference) he's capable of fighting the yondaime on equal terms. Is he the biggest genius of all time?!
Why did he get an adult body even though he was like 16 at the time?

Kakashi's sharingan and susanoo don't even bother me at this point since it's of no use to try and make sense of it. I'm just in it for the ride now. I want to know how it ends but I miss the naruto when kishi at least tried to put some thought in things. Now it's just ridiculous power up after power up because of reasons!

yes you do

he means Sasuke is going to come out of nowhere with some new bullshit powerup

I honestly didn't, english is not my first language and it was worded in a way out of my comprehension. I though he mean Sasuke was not humiliated enough or didn't talk shit enough but I wasn't sure.

I don't know if you can say they fought on equal terms, he lost pretty quickly.

Because of this, I think Tobi=obito is a gigantic retcon.

That one is not that ridiculous

He probably was fighting inside Spiral Zetsu's body (who is a S-rank akatsuki member)
He trained wiith Madara Uchiha himself in that weird white dimension
His Sharingan ability is super hax and has give him the edge against clearly better members
Minato was distressed, one minute he is watching his first son birth. The second Konoha is getting destroy and some dude tried to kill his newborn and kinapped his wife
and finally, he actually kind of suck battle wise. This is noticeable in the Torune fight when he was hit by basic tactics.

I don't know if you can say they fought on equal terms, he lost pretty quickly.

He willfully retreated because his point was to use/obtain the kyuubi. Since the yondaime took care of that, he didn't see any use in furthering the battle anymore. Even the 4th acknowledges his space-time manipulation to be better than his. For someone who was a chunnin a couple of years before...
I'm not saying X is better than Y but I wouldn't count that battle as a victory.

I can see how one might think that but i still think it's a long stretch. We saw how he looked with spiral zetsu when Kakashi killed Rin and on the fight with Minato, he didn't look anything like that. Looked like a regular adult man. Maybe I'm thinking too hard about this...
As you said, training with Madara definitely helped and I get that but I still find the whole thing pretty dubious.

Kishi didn't think things through. The suit was made to cover up this plot mess after he confirmed Tobi=Obito. It was not great either. Same with the bs explanation of how Obito suddenly phase through the ground to a Madara's underground lair with MS.

It reeks ass pull and retcon.

That one doesn't make any sense. How did Obito phased without using his MS? and if Phasing is unrelated to Kamui and Kamui is the MS tecnique (which would explain why he didn't got blind from it) then what kind of move is that?

What did Kakashi did to get his MS again as an adult? (He wasn't aware of the power as a kid because he fainting when he got it) what made him sad enough to awaken the freaking MS again?

These are the downsides of serialization and massive success. People will try to milk it forever and the author can try his best but that's not gonna be enough. Now that he's rich and famous it would be great if he decided to do a prequel, with all its story decided beforehand, about the world before kaguya and how she became the most powerful being on the planet.

I'm guessing that Kishi wanted to cover up the Kamui pothole he made with an Obito answer. He didn't properly planned it out again because remember in the later chapters, Tobirama explained that Uchihas upgrade their eye through trama and it starts with the brain. The eye was attached to Kakashi. His brain is not a Uchiha brain, so it shouldn't have morphed into MS.

Well he just said that uchiha experience more intense emotions and it reflect on their eyes. But then that means that kakashi experience something in the time skip equal to killing rin, which is BS, because him gaining the MS in the first place mean him killing rin became a shock as equal as Obito watching kakashi kill rin. Rin is the only thing for Obito and him being an uchiha

The brain sends a Chakra signal to the eyes to mutate it. The problem is Kakashi doesn't have a Uchiha brain to gain MS.

Kishi gave a bunch of half assed answers that made things more complicated. He adds unnecessary things to the plot as well.

There is no point in making a brother for the sage. Who cares for a nobody who was made for the sake of parallelism for the sake of it.

i wonder why no one else that died, came back as ghostly power-ups for their friends and family before. only recently did the old man gave a power up to his "sons" because they had some sort of familial connection. and now obito can give powers to kakashi because of friendship chakra bond. so did those 40k people that died, were they all loners and orphans? i think that explains the lack of power ups for them. not even tsunade's lover could give her chakra from the after life, he had to be revived first.

next episode should be interesting. one armed kaguya is like a cornered animal, so something cool might happen

Ahah, you're right. With 2 years naruto would probably be able to impregnate people with his stare alone!

there'll be a law out there to forbid naruto from using such a jutsu

Seems like a stretch but I can't think of a better explanation.

Seems like he was made for the sake f Kaguya having a parallel with Naruto and Sasuke. The Sage has being disappointing but I like that he was a human and not some kind of omniscient God, he made mistakes like everyone.

It seemed like the sage was human when Jiraya was talking about him. Plot changed and now he's a god.

Naruto and Sasuke is basically half the sage, the sage and his brother took out kaguya right. The power difference makes no sense. Naruto and Sasuke is too close in power to the two brothers despite being half a brother in power.

Maybe Kaguya is weaker? Her only complain so far seems to be that Sasuke's/Naruto's chakra belongs to her. Also if Kaguya's body is the Yuubi, that means Hagoromo sealed his own mother in the moon and turned her chakra into the 9 beasts. That's fucked up.
