Eh...Live's graphics are amazing but 2K6's graphics just look more realistic and it's player models just seem to have more personality to them.

I definately agree with this. IMO, the graphics in Live (gameplay) look a bit better (mostly cause I hate the glaze); and obviously 2k6 has the better animation system.

Do you happen to know where a high quality video that goes toward proving this is? All the Live videos I've seen have either been very low quality.

IGN has some HD gameplay videos of Live 360 that will blow your mind. Check 'em out if you have Insider.

C'mon now, you can't honestly believe that? do you? Please watch some HD vids of Live... they have some at IGN, Gamespot and even some free ones (I think) at TXB. I still contend they are the greatest graphics (of any game) I have ever seen. Granted, 2k6 looks awesome as well (other than the glaze on the players that bothers me for some reason) but I give the edge to Live overall. Both are close though (and that's my point) so to say one is "not even close" to the other just comes off like you have a bias or an agenda (not saying you do, just saying that's how that kind of polarized opinion sounds to me).

Live looks alright. It's just that the player animations for Live are horrible. The passing animations especially. Ugh.

If Live's supposedly built from the ground up for the 360, you can't tell. It looks like an Xbox game loaded up with more polygons, and higher res textures. It doesn't look like it's trying to do anything new to make the game look more realistic. 2k6 is and it looks better by a far margin.

I suppose the "glaze" (Which looks good in motion, in the videos. For some reason certain people ignore those and only harp on the screenshots. Wonder why?) is the new "over-exaggerated jersey." You know, once they finally realized (it was forced through there head via video) that it was an early build and the later builds have been fixed, they needed new material.

What are you guys looking at? The lighting and reflections in Live puts 2k6 to shame. Live looks photoreal in gameplay vids but the gamespot gameplay videos of 2k6 look like a videogame. Just look at this gameplay video of 2K6. Am I missing something in the quality of the video?
