Nah they have way more talent than that. Now they are just a run of the mill East playoff team.
They're not too good. They gave up depth to make Hayward work, but now they're in a position where they must rely on Al Horford and Kyrie.
They're a Vet SF away from the Joe Johnson Hawks.
Foreal though: They're a middling playoff team.

Remember the Celtics have Marcus Morris coming back in a week or two as well. Not that it's a huge deal but he's a serviceable starting forward who adds depth so they don't need as much from Tatum
They are certainly below Cleveland/Washington/Toronto, but it wouldn't shock me if they are the 4 seed come April.
