Has anyone played the PSP version? I know it has no cutscenes, just text to advance the story but I'm still curious about it....

I tried the PSP version a bit, and to my surprise it looks notably better than Burnout Legends. The blur effect is there in full force, and the framerate seems to be rock solid 30FPS. Really well done visually, I'd dare to say it's the best looking car racer on PSP so far (if it was 60FPS there would be absolutely no doubt it's the best looking)

It controls just fine, better than NFSU:R (although in Rivals, cars would control just nice once you upgrade them)

The PC version has some horrible framerate/optimization problems. Sometimes is 70, sometimes is sub 20. After a lot of tweaking and downgrading (even on a beefy computer) you'll be lucky if you manage to run it between 50 and 30 fps. And the slowdown is not gradual, sometimes the game is smooth and then, bang, 20 fps (usually when you have two cars burning rubber)
