I have a bunch of .rm and .ram files that I need for a project, problem is, I need to composite them together and make some changes in adobe after effects, and it won't load .rm or .ram.

anyone know of an easy way to convert them to a format like wmv, wav, mp3 or avi?

any help is appreciated.
