I am so happy to be back and appreciate the transparency and treatment of users. I never got a chance to explain my posts in the other site and I feel I can have a chance to explain myself here.

Evilore already stated why it was extended. Mods try to give the benefit of the doubt and allow for people to change their ways. Further deliberations found that the actions of Enygger-Tzu and his past actions were more than enough for an upgrade to perm.
