Definitely not deserving of a ban in my opinion. Saying "man that sucks, but I struggle to believe anecdotes from someone I don't know that are statistically implausible" is pretty mild.
If that gets a ban, then most posters on the site deserve a ban as well. I really hope we don't start policing posters to that extent.
To back up my claim, here is a much more (deservedly) aggressive post by me, expressing the same sentiment as the post cited for Nymphae's ban:

it was originally a reply ban from the thread, escalated over in MetaGAF. Nymphae wanted it to appear on the ban page, and got his wish granted. Mana isn't a random Reeeturner, and he wasn't acting anything like the guy you were replying to in your example. When conspiracy bullshit crosses over into real lives that's a line being crossed.

Though I don't think he's getting anything less than a month considering he called out E-Daddy directly, but just felt like he got caught up in the moment and maybe is more stressed recently

I don't 100% get the idea that being a Snyder fan makes you anti-Disney but my tirbalism chops are more suited to gaming/politics, I guess. Like I don't get what's wrong here? Their live action adaptations ARE pretty shitty, is that a viewpoint only a Snyder fan could come to?

I wouldn't ask the mods to enforce what I do and don't like. Most Snyder/DC threads have plenty of posts like his shitting on both, I just don't usually scour their post histories to see if they're doing it out of tribalism. The only tribalism regularly enforced by mods is the console warrior kind you might notice, because this is a video game forum first and foremost. Politics is full of blatant tribalism and OT feels much like a free-for-all. In other words, I think it'd take a lot more from this particular poster to amount to anything actionable.
