That's for a micro 4/3 camera, but the company Fotodiox makes them for most brands.
The specific lens in that picture is a Canon FD 50mm 1.4. Ebay or any used section of a photo store should have something similar.
I also used an adapter to mount the lens.

I have 3 of the 4, TP, ST, and SS. The TP one is AMAZING. I was really disappointed with the SS one though.

When you stack all of them on top of each other, you notice how with each release, they get shorter, thinner and have less content.
