Picked the 4000 MS points up as part of the Buy.com sale for $34.99. This will help cover the cost of season pass and pick up some extra's down the road. Also got the Speed Wheel which is amazing (I posted a review in the speed wheel thread for those curious).

These are a little late but in anticipation of Forza 4 I got Forza 3 and played the shit out of it to fully appreciate Forza 4. It is the ultimate edition and it was only $19.99 so I couldn't exactly say no...
Also picked up Deus Ex during the huge sale for $34.99 a couple weeks back. Been playing a lot of that lately and definitely in the running for my GOTY.

Then the best pick of all is FORZA 4!!!!!!!! (for me that is)

So now I get to go through 8 hours of class and two hours prior where I have to study, all the while knowing that I have this at home:

Is there any calibration required for the wheel? I tried one in Best Buy yesterday and you had to turn the thing nearly 90 degrees to get the game to respond. Bad unit, bad calibration, perhaps?

Anything by Fansproject is fucking gold. I have a huge pile of loot waiting at BBTS. Casuality plus the Hercules figures

3Rd party transformers, for the most part are much better than Hasbro figures. Not the higher end stuff like the Masterpieces and all but the extra money is worth it.

Best thing about them is that they make the figures Hasbro can't bother to produce. It's nice of Hasbro to let them make these toys, I'm sure plenty of other companies would have shut them down.

Bumper is in anticipation for my incoming white 4S.

I have a white bumper for my white 4 and have had the bumper since June. The sides are dirty as hell. All I do is keep it in my jeans pocket when I'm on the move, white is fading. Horrible.

Zero calibration required are my part. I didn't read the instructions though so perhaps there is. I don't know how the Best Buy "test drive booths" are set up but I do know that at certain angles the wheel responds better. Same with certain motions.

I've read the lateral buttons (sound on/off and volume controls) in 4S are identical to the CDMA 4, so moved a little to the upper part of the phone. I don't know if that could cause any problem with the old bumper, just don't open the package so you can return it in case the buttons won't fit in the case.

Other way around. CDMA 4 moved the mute & volume buttons down from the GSM 4's placement. So if you look at the bumper closely, the wider slot for where the mute button would be would accommodate the 4S just fine. If not I can always return it since I technically haven't opened it yet.

I don't know about Hasbro / Takara letting them make it. I read on Twf2005 that they were seeking to ban sale of Fansproject toys in Japan.

But I'll enjoy them while they last.
