I was going to post these early, but I've been a little busy.
I got Rock Band 2 last week and GHWT today. I was never thinking of getting GHWT, but I needed a good guitar for RB.
I also got a drum stool for my new drum kit.

Some random pickups from this week...
My daughter picked these two out...
She also wanted High School Musical for the DS... while I got Castlevania... I watched High School Musical 3 on Saturday morning around 10 AM... there were a lot of kids with pretty moms there! =X lol...
Some Nike Zoom Turf Trainers... These are pretty old school retros... some might remember them as Barry Sanders' signature shoes from the 90s' I remember these shoes as the ones I wore when I broke my ankle in High School lol.
Joined the G1 generation, but I'm still using my iPhone more :x

Used the phone for the first time this weekend.... I was REALLY impressed.
Between the IPhone and the G1, Microsoft should probably begin to realize how bad their mobile OS is.

First, it's "FIFA 09" and 2 tickets for Eintracht Frankfurt's match at Mönchengladbach next sunday - "Auswärtssieg"!
Changed to a new provider and got a new mobile phone:
And got a nice additional bonus from my new provider: A spanking new Elite for just 79,00 :
Next up are two Blu-rays for just 25,00 from amazon.de:
Got my hands on the forbidden planet:
Was really surprised when I noticed that movie is already out on DVD in Germany:
And finally, an nice guy from FedEx delivered this Bad Boy today:

In preparation for LittleBigPlanet, but enjoying the EyeCreate software that came with it, too. I hope whoever invented blister packaging died a painful death, even better if from his own invention.

Well, a little late, but still my purchases this month..
Starting with:
Sony KDL-40W4500 Brand spanking new Sony model.. has dlna (which is ace), 1080p, XMB type thing. Compared to the X series (whice was £400 more expensive) i think this set really gives it a run for its money.
Next up:
The HD9595's are smiply breathtaking with music.. made me think twice about using a high end amp and speakers. Did sound a little flat still with games though. That was untill the Victor unit turned up.. Mega quick delivery from Bluetin (Singapore to Manchester/Uk in 3 days), just got stung for custom charges (£84 for unit inluding delivery/£24 for duty). All i can say is WOW again. Surround sound from strero headphones.. how does it do it? Games just come alive!
Finally:
Not been able to play it though as 360 has developed a flashing tray light error (this is No 6 or 7. Lost count)

So the Victor thing is worth the investment? I got my HD595 this Saturday and I absolutely love it (music has never sounded so godly) but if the Victor unit improves the experience with games even more then I might just have to order one. I'm very skeptical though, I just can't imagine (good) surround sound coming from stereo equipment.toff74 said:

It's actually a mini home cinema processor made for headphones. I have no idea how dolby headphone works, it just does... It doesn't give you the pinpoint accuracy in a 3D space like speakers would, it does give you what sounds like space and air around the sound, whilst giving you a some of that 3D positioning (Maybe phase and timing trickery). Atmosphere is a good word for it!
The HD595s for stereo sources are just amazing. The Victor Unit coupled with the 595's on Surround Sound material : Unreal
I've tried Halo3, Portal and Braid so far.. great stuff!! Highly recommended.

SAMSUNG LN40A550 with brand new 80gb Playstation 3 and the dying launch Xbox 360.

Oh look a brand new Xbox 360 Elite to replace the dying one. (Now if only I had a HDD transfer kit)
Wii be playing games. Mario Kart, Warioland: Shake it, and Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility.
Some imports and Japanese teaching tools.
More ds games. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicle: Ring of Fates, Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia, Kirby: Superstar Ultra, Rhapsody a musical adventure, Civilization Revolution, Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness.
Can't have a PS3 without some games. Buzz: Quiz TV, Socom: Confrontation, Heavenly Sword, Haze, Little Big Planet, Little Big Planet Preorder, Folklore, Motorstorm, Resistance: Fall of Man, and X-edge.
Looks like some xbox games. Lost Odyssey, Infinite Undiscovery, Dead Space, Too Human, Silent Hill: Home Coming, Pure, Fable 2: Limited Edition.
